I think it would be a 5 star if my vehicle came back in the condition I sent it. Minus the windshield crack, of course.. they got urethane on the door. I will update when they have responded and resolve my new issue, chipped paint.**Update to 3 stars I had to physically visit the location, and they confirmed the paint chips may have been there prior to the work. I had a solid 20 minute wait to hear that they don't take any responsibility for paint chips or damages anyway. Save some time and clean the urethane yourself like I did. I paid extra for pick up and delivery, and they failed to spot the black marks on the walk through. This resulted in me wasting my time to come back into the shop. The end result did not satisfy my concerns. The video used to show possible damage of the paint chips prior wasn't indefinitely clear, but I'll take their word for it. The black spot I did buff out myself. Overall, the 3 stars are for failing to bring my vehicle back without damages (the urethane). And for wasting my time instead of sending me a video or photo of the evidence. Also, my vin doesn't clearly line up to the windshield view hole anymore.

Received a quote online, cheapest price that I could find, actual price was same as quoted. Front of house staff was polite and easy to talk to. Windshield was replaced quicker than expected and they even put the oil change sticker back onto the new windshield! Thanks for the great service!

We went to a dealership to see how much it cost to get our rear side window replaced ($700+) and cleaning the glass out ($200+). No way! We looked for cheaper options and found GlassMasters Autoglass on the west side. We talked to the manager who was well mannered, respectful and professional towards us. He told us when the window was coming in, how long it would take, and made it so our car was worked on as soon as possible. The whole process went even shorter than the time he estimated because he got his most skilled guy working on the car. They charged us way less than 1/2 the cost of the dealership. When we got to the car the window was installed with care and the window looked brand new. I was expecting to go home to vacuum all the glass, but these guys cleaned it up for us. GlassMasters Autoglass ensures you're well taken care of and delivers high quality service. I refer my friends and colleagues and I will always come back to these guys (just hopefully not that soon lol)

These guys are great. My car was unfortunately broken in to so I was a little bit of a mess. Avin on the phone was wonderful and won me over! So kind and courteous. The price was lower than everyone else I talked to. THEN! When my tow was behind schedule, great customer service from their end! I was able to pay ahead and they still had the car ready to go and available for pickup before the end of the day. Thank you!My only criticism would be maybe don’t put the bill in plain view with “keys in centre console” written across it! My car was there cause of a break in, I certainly don’t want another one!

this company deserves their name. phoned 4 glass shops... quotes...345$,335$,330$ and glass masters...$260. do you manage such low prices by cutting costs and quality??? the answer is a resounding NO! Glass Masters runs a right ship, wicked smart captain at the helm. they own the glass wear houses the competition has to buy the glass from to fix your vehicle! Save almost 25 percent. no brainer. by the way my new window is fully up in the picture and it is invisible

I needed our car back by 4 PM for an important medical appointment and the guy who picked it up said he would do his best. Well, he was good to his word. He returned the car at quarter to 4 and I made my appointment on time, If I need glass work done on a vehicle again, I will defiitely use these guys.

I've used GlassMasters twice, both times were great. They were fast and by far the cheapest place with great results. About 40-50% cheaper than other places I looked at.

Big thanks to the team at this location. It was my second time having my windshield replaced for this vehicle. The service was fast (about an hour), the glass is top quality, and the guys at the front desk were very friendly and professional. And they honoured a discount that was offered to me by the manager there from three years ago; I'm sure not too many businesses would do that. Highly recommend GlassMasters South if you need a new windshield.
