I've had two large deliveries of plants, and I have to say both the service, and the plants themselves were excellent. Santosh is highly professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasant person to work with. If you have a lot of plants to order, I would recommend Rockwood to save you money and hassle.

This place is huge! Over 100 acres! Don't go there thinking they have an enclosed nursery, everything is on their land. We had a buggie take us around and it was great! Awesome selection of shrubs, perennials and trees. It was crazy busy and parking was challenging. But definitely will be back and would recommend.

Awesome experience dealing with them!!Exceptional customer service right from speaking with Michelle on phone regarding the availability of trees/plants, to placing the order online and then finally getting it delivered by Santosh (owner) to us in Richmond Hill. Quality of their trees/plants was much better and their pricing was much lower than any nursery I’ve visited in the GTA. We also visited the nursery earlier this month. It’s a huge property and, we were driven around in a buggy to their fields where they grew their cedars. Brenda, Emily and the office staff were such a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone especially to GTA folks - it’s definitely worth a drive compared to any overpriced nurseries around here.

I had placed a small on line order. One of the plants (x2) wasn't available due to weather. Michelle took the time to explain the situation and with the help of a co-worker was able to find me a similar plant to what I was looking for. Excellent customer service and quality plants. Great experience shopping for shrubs and perennials. Brenda took the time to bring us through the nursery to suggest plants we may want for our project and others that would not work. She was super helpful and friendly and made what could have been stressful, a very enjoyable experience.

A great shopping experience! The owner is very enthusiastic and was quick to respond to all of my questions. Shipping costs were also very affordable compare with others. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.
