It was my first time getting condo insurance and I got referred to PGI from a mutual friend. The staff at PGI was very helpful from the beginning of the process to obtain all the necessary information, provide the quote and speak with me on the phone to address any concerns as well as looking for additional discount. They were professional and very knowledgeable. I was able to get a quote within a few hours of providing all the necessary information. I’ll definitely be coming back for my other insurance needs (both personal and small business) in the future if PGI can offer the product.
