They dont care about anyone else except their tenants and act as if the safety of the public is of no concern to them. Please avoid this place for possibility of residence.The management leaves much to be desired and the place itself is overpriced. The people that they have maintaining the cleanliness of the proerty have no problems causing hazards for both residents and non residents and dont seem to apply the level of professionalism required to accomplish the said task assigned that day.For EG. Powerwashing pavement at the same time there is a cold snap, creating black ice and not applying any traction agents such as sand or salt.There is also a distressing lack of security cameras in strategic positions to help aid in identifying different situations that can arise, plus they can't be trusted to have convincing witnesses to certain situations that arise from such blatant negligence.
