Brookman boilers & piping

Workers arrived when they said they would, completed the agreed-to work at the quoted price and did so efficiently and effectively. Two workers on two different occasions were both polite, patient, and informative. The main worker, Madison, worked straight through until the job was done and answered all questions precisely and clearly. When he needed to, he confirmed his assessment with his boss to make sure he did the job right. The service was excellent and we will use them in the future to maintain our boiler system and to install an air conditioning unit.

What a nightmare! So many issues it's hard to say them all. Just stay away at all costs.

I use Brookman for multiple services. They are professional, do good quality work, and very personable. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing, heating, and cooling needs. Highly recommend them.

Outstanding service and workmanship from Jeff and his team, they go above and beyond. All the work they have done in my house is too much to list from hvac to water tank install and replacing my entire plumbing main floor and basement, there is nothing Jeff and his team cannot do.Could not be happier with the service I have received.

I needed my hot water tank replaced as I was in a rental situation and Brookman was able to come in and replace it with fast friendly service. I would highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!!

TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!!!!. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND BROOKMAN BOILERS.I was in a whirlwind stress situation fighting time and freezing temps with a basement open to the elements. Jeff came in to access new roughin floor plumbing and sump pump hook up. He said they do not give quotes so we verbally summed up the cost to be about $2000. Immediately after job completion I needed and requested (on several occasions) an invoice as I was leaving town for the winter. Finally I’m March I got a $4000 invoice. I attempted contacting them several times to correct this problem. They replied after a nasty message from me to respond. James contacted me and visited as there were also plumbing issues. He told me that Jeff should have given a quote rather than say they do not do that. I begrudgingly paid them $3000. 50% more than originally agreed. He threaten to revoke the permit if I did not pay.One sump pit line blew apart with water all over. I fixed that myself rather than go through more tense talks to get repaired.One sump pump is not showing signs of discharge so I do not know where that water is tied into yet?After a heavy rain last week one of my sump pumps was pumping and hammering because of sloppy installation. Supports were falling apart. Bit was so loud we could not sleep. I texted jame to advise. He said he would attend 1st AM. 10AM I text him. He is delayed with a school water leak. 2PM I text again and again and call again and again. I was ghosted and had to leave home for the weekend which he was aware of.Monday today and STILL NO SHOW! I’ll be re doing his job properly now.STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK!!!!TOTALLY INCOMPETENT.

Jeff was very responsive and always showed up on time - great communications. Nice work done and completed in the time expected! All in all a very enjoyable experience.
