Heritage Tree Service

Heritage Tree Services (HTS) was referred by our neighbor who was impressed by their work. Sam Chapman is the company’s owner, and certified arborist/hazard tree assessor. In my first meeting with Sam, I found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the benefits/limitations with pruning different tree types, and overall state of tree health. Sam and his crew did an excellent job pruning the tree in late Sept. 2021, per previously negotiated scope of work and cost estimate. They were very professional, efficient, and diligent. They brought a tree chipper on site & hauled away the debris! They also cleaned up the debris from all impacted yards! I would definitely contract HTS again and have already referred them to others.

Sam at Heritage was great right from the start. He came and looked at our strata courtyard that has over a dozen mature trees and hadn't been properly serviced in a decade. He made an assessment, and then sent a quote right away. We arranged a date and he showed up with his crew precisely on time. Both his crew members were friendly and hardworking. The best part came when Sam started limbing the trees. He has a great knowledge of the trees both for health and aesthetics, and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. Sam had a vision three big elements, the health of the tree, for the light allowed through the canopy, and for the look of the tree. And despite the massive amount of branches he cut down, he somehow managed not to damage a single plant in our extensive gardens, and when they left, there wasn't so much as a twig left behind--immaculately clean! I can't believe how much better our courtyard looks, how much light is coming through, and how great the trees look. Also, he trimmed a large hedge that had gotten out of control, and did some extra work there. No mystery, no extra charges, just a great job. Thanks again Sam and Heritage Tree Service!
