Naughty Paw pet grooming

I called last weekend to book a grooming for my cat and when I arrived the appointment wasn’t there. However, without hesitation they fit her into the schedule. I’m so appreciative of the fact that they were able to take my kitty in and get her all fixed up. Great experience, wonderful customer service, will be back!

We have been using Naughty paw for my cats grooming for about two years and we have always been very pleased with the outcome. We find the staff friendly and accommodating.

I unfortunately, along with my dog, had a very unpleasant experience at this establishment and we will never return. I brought my dog in to get simply have his nails trimmed. He is 6 years old and never had any issues or caused a fuss. He was brought to their grooming area for a few minutes and was brought back to the front of the store, advising they were having trouble cutting his nails and requested my help finishing his nails. I asked the employee if they had a harness to restrain him on the grooming table, however, I was advised they didn’t as it was currently occupied by another animal and they did not have any other alternative. I was shocked how anxious and upset my dog was, as I was trying to restrain him on the ground while they cut his nails. The employee insisted on finishing, however, I asked multiple times to stop as he clearly was upset. After it was complete and I paid, I discovered his nail was clipped too short and was bleeding. No wonder he was upset and in pain. I sustained lacerations up my arm and legs from my dog resisting my restraint. It was awful. And again, never had an issue prior.Looking back, I would have appreciated had the employee be upfront and honest that they had clipped his nail too short and not continued as he was in pain. I am concerned now that he will give the groomer trouble at his next nail trim.

Had a long haired cat with significant matting issues on his rear end, and was very twitchy about his claws. They took care of both incredibly quickly, and at a very reasonable cost. These guys are awesome. :)

This was the best pet grooming spot I've found in Halifax. They let me choose the length and got out the matting without charging an arm and a leg. The customer service was super and I was very comfortable leaving my bub there for his spa day.

They did a wonderful job grooming my dog yesterday, considering he can be a handful sometimes. Very polite and patient service. I'm definitely going to be returning here :) plus, their store selection and kitty are super cute!

Best grooming service ever！！Both of my dog and Cat have grooming service here. Friendly staff gives you thoughtful suggestion every visit. They Do care about our fluffy friends.
