After taking my money for one month storage, I was unable to contact anyone via phone or email. I was moving from another province, and had to arrange for storage elsewhere after I arrived. Finally they contacted me back, explaining they had emailed me details. I checked all my emails and there was nothing. They also agreed to refund my money, which they never did. I am currently unable to contact them again. I rated them one star, but they are not even close to that high.

Adequate storage yard but IMO other yards have better security and better rodent protection. When I wanted to end the contract they did not return my numerous attempts to contact them (phone calls , emails, texts and letters). I had to cancel my credit card to stop monthly payments. It has been over a month and I have not received my key card deposit back (and not expecting that they will send it).

I have moved to a new city and have tried to return the key card to officially cancel storage however No one has been responding to calls or emails. Anyone have another number?

Was good in October but now that I need to return the fob the are ignoring my emails calls and text. Had my motor home stored for 6 months, moving it out today .

Nobody responds to calls, emails or texts! They take your money, continue to charge your credit card after you’ve left. I have been waiting for my $30 refund for returning the fob. They said they mailed a cheque months ago. I have sent MULTIPLE emails asking when I will see my cheque and have heard nothing and seen no money. Highly recommend not using this storage facility at all! Tim does not respond to emails for months, and if he owes you money well good luck getting it back!
