Everything was great. We were out of his normal rental area but still he worked hard to accommodate us and he did well. We rented the Scarab 165 Jet Boat. It was in VERY good condition. Robert was very though with paperwork and explained everything in detail. I could tell he was a busy guy but never once did he try to rush us on anything. All billing was exactly as he said it would be. I definitely recommend Muskoka Powersports. Thanks for the fun!

Robert from Muskoka Powersports and Recreation is the man, and he was able to get me on a Sea-Doo within 24 hours from my initial call. It was my first time renting a Sea-Doo so I did not really know what to expect. Robert was very professional and thorough in making us feel very comfortable during the transaction and he's a natural conversationalist who also offered many tips and recommendations that added value to my vacation. The Sea-Doo itself was in immaculate condition, and ran perfectly, no problems no glitches. At pick-up and drop off there were no surprises or extra charges, etc. which reassured the great experience that we had with Muskoka Powersports and Recreation. We will definitely continue to rent from them in the near future, and would highly refer them to anyone seeking to rent a Sea-Doo.

After looking at the reviews online we decided to rent a SEA DOO jet boat from Muskoka Powersports. We were not disappointed, Robert was friendly, professional and accommodating. The boat was in new shape and there were no issues the 4 days we had it. They even went so far as to suggest we move the rental period back a day because the first day of the rental was going to be a thunderstorm and we would be paying for a day we wouldn't be able to use it! Great experience and I would not hesitate to refer this company to anyone.

We rented a jetski and when returned, the owner, Robert, charged us $500 for a scratch that was there prior to us renting. He insisted we pay, even though his video of the pre-inspection showed the scratches. I would recommend renting from other business.

Been renting from Rob at Muskoka Powersports for three years now. Best service in the area. They are very careful with making sure you know the lake, the equipment and the area so you can have a positive experience with their watercrafts!

Rented a Seadoo for the weekend and had an awesome time with it. We used it to wakeboard, wakeskate and pull a tube. The Seadoo was able to pull and perform with no issues at all. Robert was very helpful with our drop off and pickup in Bala area. We would definitely rent again from Muskoka Powersports.

We rented a Sea-Doo boat from Muskoka Powersports, and everything was great. Robert was flexible in the drop off and pick up times, he even selected a launch location which suited us the best. During the launch, he spent a lot of time going over the finer points of the boat, and when we returned, he seemed genuinely interested in our experience. The boat itself was almost new, and the skis and tube we rented looked new as well. It was a high quality experience.
