Serendipity's Backyard

Was not expecting a crystal ship when I walked thru the door, but glad I found one. They have labeled the crystals with their properties, healing qualities, and protection uses. There is a huge selection of both loose stones and jewelry, so you are bound to find what you are looking for, unless you have a big neck like I do. Fortunately, they have jewelers who can a add to the size, so it isn't a problem. The owner is super friendly and ready to help you find just what you need. Very nice and clean store. Prices are very reasonable as well. Love my heart shaped ashtrays. However I’ve spent a few hundred dollars at this place and I stopped returning after a situation. A lady followed me around thinking I was stealing. She even asked me if I could keep my things up in the front, even tho I only had 2-3 crystals in my open palm (facing up so they could see I was just holding them). They quickly switched attitudes when I was at the register with my designer wallet lol. I don’t steal and I haven’t returned after that incident. Maybe some clear trays to hold your things would be a nicer option than having to hold your purchases and get accused of stuff like that.

A few days ago I had the pleasure of going into this amazing store with all these stones . Some with different meanings and powers like healing stones I bought 4 of them one for me three for friends. The staff are great helpful and very intuitive on what you are wanting especially if you are like me new to these various stones and what they symbolize and can do please check them out will not regret it and Thank You

I work in steveston and I always have to visit this store whenever I can. The people who work here are amazing and the most caring people. They can answer any question you have and they are so kind! Please take the time to visit this store!

Fantastic store! Me and my friend Jade always stop by to get candles and gemstones for her magic, and they always have great things in stock. The staff are super friendly and helpful as well, and I always feel welcomed!

Gem store ladies had no manner.Two sales ladies hit on my husband (when he went there with our child). My kid heard that two sales ladies talk. My husband and I thought that was inappropriate to do especially in front of the child.In addition, sales ladies had no knowledge of stone origins and other details, which normally any other gen store staff member have. Only they can talk about is spiritual" way

Nice little gem/metaphysical shop in Steveston. Street parking only. Nice selection of gemstones in different forms. 4/5 stars only because they don't stock gemstone beads.Update: Best little metaphysical/crystal shop in the lower mainland. Period. 5/5. Kind, knowledgeable staff and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Neville, the owner has a heart of gold and is incredibly kind and generous.

Such a great place, lots of gems, crystals books for all genres, have a good selection of tarot cards. Nice little place to check out when you’re in Steveston iVillage.

Really interesting store. Tons of items such as singing bowls, energy cards, gems and stones, candles, salt lamps and so much more! I truly feel like I could spend all day browsing in this store. Unfortunately, I did not have much time to browse my first visit here so I can't wait to return and hopefully purchase a deck of empowerment or fairy cards!
