Went into the SOFTMOC at VAUGHAN MILLS location to do a return and the MANAGER TRAVIS treated me like trash. Im not sure if it was because Im black or because I am a women, however he is white so Im not sure what was going through his head. He yelled told me to go sell the shoes online, told me the receipt isn't correct when I purchased the shoes and i have to drive back up to upper canada mall to sort it out. I told him why would i have to drive back an hr away he told me he is going to call security on me and my husband and at that point i walked out and called head office. They told me I do not have to drive back up to upper canada mall he can do the return with the purchase ticket she found which was on my account which he previously looked up. So we went back into the store with head office on the phone and he started antagonizing me standing next to the lady who was actually doing the return and he called me a nobody. Worst experience ever. The coworker called me later on in the evening to apologize to me she found my email and phone contact just to call and give me the guys name and told me he is the manager and I should call head office on him. so I called the next day to followup and the person i got was so rude and unsympathetic, was not trying to understand me and tried to offer me a 20% coupon, after she said nothing can be done and after her herself speaking with her manager. I said I would like to speak to your manager I don't need anyone to speak on behalf of me. Then I finally got put through to the manager and EMILY was very nice, understanding, and sympathetic to me and the situation. THE MANAGER TRAVIS AT VAUGHAN MILLS SOFT MOC NEEDS TO GO! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT SURE IF HE DISCRIMINATES BECAUSE OF RACE OR SEX!

Id give it zero stars if I could. Came in to buy a pair a vans and blundstones. Stood there for 20 minutes holding a shoe. Employees just walking aound and chatting with eachother. Funny but sad to see an employee step around you then go stand at the front counter to twiddle their thumbs. The store was empty with three employees standing at the front. Dont bother with this place if your looking for customer service.

Don’t even think of getting anything. Worst customer service. We waited for so long to get a size n the default response was am helping someone else.Who will ever say this? Zero courtesy. Should we keep running behind someone who is available to help. Ridiculous.Wonder if there is even a store manager here.

Went today (09/20/2020) at 1:10pm to the store to buy a shoes for my wife. My wife asked an employee to bring her a pare of shoes in white colour but an employee responded in very rude manner and went to the other detection. Not sure, what’s the name of that employee, she is the young girl, wearing a glasses. When we shared our story with the other employee at check out and asked to call a manager, she responded :” I don’t think that any employee here needs to be retrained, have a good day!” (again in rude manner)and left. That was the East Indian lady (I believe).Spoke to the manager, named Saye, she said that not much they can do.That is the way how these employees are talking to their customers especially to pregnant women causing unnecessary stress.

Would have loved to purchase a pair of boots here - but there was no one available to help me. Additionally, when I asked someone (small, older looking gentleman, short black hair) if he was able to help me, he mumbled something that did not sound pleasant and walked right past me. Guess I was not worthy of his attention. Last time I will ever set foot in this store.

Just stopped into this store and experienced maybe the worst customer service of all time! We went in looking to buy shoes for my husband, but apparently the worker on staff was massively put out by us requesting assistance with sizes. The guy was rude, abrupt, and seemed like he just wanted us to leave - so we did.

I found the sales lady really helpful, not sure of her name. Could be 301/G LIACOS301…..She went out of her way to help me find a certain pair of slippers, had lots of patience and made sure I was happy with my choice. As I had tried several different styles on. Would go back and have her serve me again.

I have been two times at this store. At first, there was a long line in front of the desk and only one female customer representative was helping. When I asked to call more representatives, the girl at the cashier desk responded me very rudely.Second time, I was first in the line and there was nobody at the cashier desk. After some time, the girl came to the desk and started to help another person out of the line. When I reminded her to give service respecting to the line order, she again talked to me very rudely and continued on her own way. I also observed that she was acting rude to other customers when they asked a question. This was my last shopping at this store. I do not really understand how that kind of unprofessional people were employed. There is no respect to the customers there.

bought a birkerstock clogs last year her and it broke. luckily they were able to replace it coz it has a year warranty. first guy i approached wasn’t helpful really did nothing to help me good thing i asked this girl roma and helped me with everything.update regarding this old guy working in this store he even sent home one of her coworkers home in front of a customer. he is so unprofessional.
