Once again another fantastic haircut by Mandy! I've never been disappointed with my haircuts and happily recommend Mandy to friends and family!

I couldn’t be happier with my new blonde balayage!! My stylist Mandy did an amazing job— she has a wonderful eye for detail and is so kind. I’ve been receiving compliments on my hair all week! the photos speak for themselves(second photo is the before) :)

The work is clean. While waiting for the hair done, Mandy offered me a freshly espresso coffee. The Salon observes the face mask and only one customer at a time. Price is average with quality service.

I had a great experience with Mandy. She is a talented hairstylist who delivers friendly and professional service. I'm so happy with my haircut and overall experience with Vancut.

Customer service was ok, but poor skills. My hair was uneven and there are parts that are longer than the other. She cut more than what i wanted, and it was already too short that I didn't want more hair to be cut so I didn't want her to fix it. At least people there are nice, but I don't think i would come back.Updates: So I went back few days ago, and Mandy the manager fixed my hair, I am really satisfied with the result! She is super sweet and offers excellent customer service, didn't ask for a refund because of the result she gave me, a complimentary fixed is more than enough! Really appreciate her kind offer and wanting to make customers feel happy, so glad I gave them a second chance!

I've been cutting my hair at Vancut and Mandy is the best, I super trust her.

My sister got bullied and gaslit about how it was my sister's fault that it was bad. Mandy fried her hair and did not give her a partial refund when she was asking so nicely all while texting my sister that she ruined her (Mandy's) weekend. She spent over $600 on a horrible job and spent 8 hours there for a balayage. EDIT: Mandy was pretending to be Honey so I changed the names to Mandy.She (my sister) did not want to go back based on other reviews saying that the owners got very aggressive and based on the texts she got. It should've been a simple interaction, but you got so aggressive saying she ruined my (the owner's) weekend" which is so unprofessional."

DO NOT GO HERE. my hair is patchy and fried from an attempted balayage. There was constant miscommunication on what I wanted with my hair even though I showed a picture and said “I want it exactly like this”. Won’t provide any kind of refund (I asked for a partial refund so I could go somewhere else to get it fixed) and they refused.

Best haircut I’ve received in Vancouver! Their team is very professional and understanding when it comes to styling your hair the exact same way you’d like.
