unfortunately, I found it to be a bit lack luster in terms of flavors n perception of value.it is what it is in terms of service being a takeaway counter and that's fine. Not a place to go for a restaurant experience " if that's what you are after.Usually a small hole in the wall place with very little to no frills will have the best food and be experts in their genre

I was looking forward to eating there because for me it's a must in Victoria, but I was quite disappointed!Well, I'm sure the dumplings are good but I didn't like the fact that you can't order them steamed, so I had to eat them fried - I didn't really enjoy them to be honest.On the other hand, the rice with the little peanut butter sauce on the side was excellent!I'd love to eat there again, but I've got to face up to the fact that fried is pretty bad.

Very polite staff, quick service. Ordered one order of pork belly dumplings & one special dumplings which was lemongrass chicken. The hot sauce they use is so overpowering I can't really taste the different between the actual flavor of the fillings in the two types of dumplings. Didn't know they were going to be served deep fried; has a very westernized spin on the dish. This is my fault for not doing research prior to walking in the establishment.It's fine for a quick in and out appetizer, not filling for a meal at all.

A small shop with amazing flavors. Good, fresh dumplings with a great flavor profile. I was so glad we got in and tried them.

Unreal! Been wanting to try this place for awhile and it didn't disappoint. Never had dumplings like this, but they are amazing! Love the small restaurant atmosphere and the location is perfect.

Ordered the chicken bao & chicken dumplings and they were delicious! The sauce served with both were just as good.Only issue is the wait time for take out however the wait was worth it.

Dumpling Drop
Decided to stop in here to grab a quick bite while exploring around Victoria. I'm glad we did, they had a great special that was dumplings and a beer and it was a warm day. We got the order of pork belly dumplings and the beer. I haven't really had dumplings like this before but my wife had, so I was pretty excited. This place didn't disappoint. The chili oil that was on these and gave them a pleasant kick. They were nice and full and cooked so nicely. They held their shape and they didn't get soggy. The filling was delicious and juicy. It was a great little shop with friendly people and a great special. I wish we could have bought some of the dumplings to take back with us, but we didn't have a cooler.

I'm not a fan of syracha but i loved the lemongrass chicken covered with that sauce. Also the tea was so delicious.
