Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and put me at ease for my first hearing test.

At a recent appointment, I was greeted by a pleasant and friendly receptionist when I entered the office. The audiologist met with me in a very timely fashion. I had a thorough examination and hearing tests, and I was apprised of the results. All of my concerns and questions were addressed knowledgeably and clearly. We discussed the potential lifespan of my current hearing aids; I left the appointment with complete information on new hearing aids and possibilities for payment. Currently, I am considering model and payment options and will finalize my purchase in the near future.I would like to add that my previous dealings at this outlet have been very successful. Every minor and major occurrence with my hearing and the aids have been dealt with quickly and professionally. I continue to be well cared for . . .
