Tiffany is amazing! She helped us two years ago when we got our plan with Virgin and she has been so helpful to our family. If I have a question, she has been available to help us in every way she can. We came back and requested an appointment with Tiffany again to upgrade our phones. She is so polite and has amazing personal skills. She remembered us from two years ago! She is VERY knowledgeable about all the products and was wonderful to work with. I would recommend Tiffany 100%.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with anything related to my phone. Hazel was such a delight and went out of their way to get us the best deal possible. 5 stars doesn’t even cut it, 10/5 stars for Hazel!

I recently changed service providers of my home internet from Rogers to Virgin and I couldn't be happier! It was such an easy installation and the service has been impeccable. I was already a Virgin member through my phone as well as my father's. We are both extremely pleased with Virgin. I want to thank two people specifically; Isaiah C and Hazel who were amazing at setting up the whole shebang. The house internet is fantastic. Great service in all rooms and all floor without the need for wifi extenders. So much better than Rogers who did nothing but let us down for years. I would highly recommend everyone to go to Conestogo Mall and switch over to Virgin.

Amazing service by Krystle at the Virgin stall in the mall. She was very kind. Took time to get us best of deals and was very patient the whole time. Excellent customer experience.

I visited last Monday & Hazel helped me find what I was looking for. She was very helpful and friendly. I had such an easy time getting a new phone and adjusting my current phone plan. The prices were quite affordable and I'm very happy with my purchases. Thanks Hazel!!

It was fantastic. Hazel at Connestoga Mall in Kitchener was awesome. I went in, visiting from out of town, killing time, wanting to just see what Virgin had to offer in way of a simple upgrade from Samsung S9 to an S20 FE. The options Hazel explained; my loyalty offer from Virgin and my trade-in value, plus the benefits of the S23 over the S20 FE had me not only upgrading my phone to the latest model with 256 gb, I also picked up 4 accessories for it, got a new plan that works great for me, and got the protection plan just in case. Hazel got me all set up, transferred over my data, and installed the protector for me all while tending to questions from other customers and helping support their co-workers. Honestly, I couldn't be more happy with the service and products I received. I almost foolishly went to Costco. I 100% got a better deal, phone, plan, and service with Hazel at Conestoga Mall. Would highly recommend.

The store manager gave us a price and later another guy who's name was Mo said that this is not the price and the stor manager ignored us and they did not honor their price. The worst part was that Mo told us I recommend you to go to Fido

I dealt with Hazel and though she was having system issues she was flawless in her knowledge and even offered help and advice for future upgrades with my family package. Can honestly say she restored my faith in dealing with a rep face to face and will be back to see her soon!

I went there with an issue with my phone, which turned out to be an internal phone issue. Hazel, the store manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. She fixed me up with a great deal and great phone, all at a great price. If you need a phone or a plan, this is the place to go.
