I will never rent another property if APM is the company managing them. They are difficult to deal with and it took months to get anything fixed. From my experience, they never returned my damage deposit and when I called and requested it to be returned, they quit returning or answering my calls. Still haven’t received my damage deposit back after 2 years of fighting!

I own an investment condo in the Greater Kelowna area and I have to say that Denise Russo has been amazing as the rental manager. She always communicates in a timely and complete manner and when ever any issue that arises, which is inevitable, Denise has deal with it. I think APM is absolutely lucky to have such a dedicated member of their team.

I have found mould in my rental and these property managers are hopeless.It has taken them over 4 months to actually investigate the source of my leak. The mould is causing me health problems and I have had to find an alternative place to live in the interim still no communication from the rental agency.Absolutely hopeless and zero accountability, I would be so mad if they were looking after my investment

The people at the main office usually don't respond to emails. You have to go through about 3 people, and leave a phone message before someone is helpful. Understaffed.Edit: however, Kyle, the guy that seems to be managing my building is really helpful and responsive, he's quite excellent. So it depends who you get

I don’t feel safe in my own condo. My neighbours may get violent and Associa property management won’t even return emails. There are no rules in the building I live in so people get together to go against individuals. I may have to buy a gun to feel safe hereGang mentality everywhere. Strata includedI now have to go to the RCMP just to try to keep my security cameras because of my neighbour’sLife is awful in Kelowna
