I was looking for a jeweler that could fix my anniversary band that had to be cut off for medical reasons and sized up 3 sizes. My husband and I also wanted to find someone to custom make a cross necklace for our two granddaughters out of our wedding rings as a special gift. I knew I found the right place as soon as I walked into the store and met Chuck. He provided excellent customer service and pricing was just what he quoted. The cross necklaces he designed were to perfection.Would highly recommend. Thanks for the great service.

Chick is the man! had a home invasion that resulted in my pocket watch sitting in state evidence for years. When I was finally returned my watch, the battery was dead and the door of the pocket watch was ripped clean off. He was able to make out look like new again incredibly fast, and for an incredibly fair rate. Thank you!!! I can’t recommend anyone more highly. Thank you!!!

I am in awe of the exquisite repair of my wife’s signet ring. She had to get it re-sized and Chucks excellent craftsmanship made it look like new. It was also very affordable. Chuck quickly determined what kind of gold it was. The whole process was very professional and from now on we will only go to Chuck for all our jewelry repairs!

Chuck is the most pleasant customer oriented person you could ask for. I am on a six month RV trip and broke the nose bridge on my eyeglasses. I found Chuck’s shop on the internet and went to his shop at 2:15 p.m. I explained my problem and told him I was leaving the next morning. He said he would “try” to fix the glasses and he would call when he was done.At 3:26 he texted and said the glasses were done.I returned to the shop and the glasses looked brand new. You cannot tell they have been repaired and they are stronger than when new.I cannot say enough good things about Chuck and his work. He is a true artist.This is what true old fashioned customer service looks like.

TEN STARS! Chuck is the best! I have no idea why you would go anywhere else for repairs or custom work! Recently had custom wedding bands made and soldered to my engagement ring for my wedding, and quite last minute too. I had an idea in my head but no idea what it would actually look like. He nailed it! I was moved to tears when we went to pick it up. And it was even done a day early! Phenomenal man and service.

Amazing service and quality. I must have called 6+ big box jewelry stores in town to ask about soldering turn around time and they all were 4+ weeks and wanted to mail my ring across the country to their shop.I was convinced that I was going to go without soldering because I wasn’t okay going over a month and then I found Chuck online. Not only was it a fraction of the price other jewelers were quoting, it also wasn’t going to be shipped across the country.The best part? He had my rings resized and soldered in SIX HOURS. No rush charge, no “I can’t do that”, I got “I can do that, no problem.”.Chuck has our business from here on out, and we’ll be sure to tell EVERYONE about his amazing service.
