Horrible customer service, bought transmissions from them which later on find out their not working and when called them, they wouldn’t take them back. Very rude and unprofessional

Zabi saved the day great service, we purchased an engine unfortunately unknown to everyone the accident the vehicle had damaged the engine,Zabi fixed everything us for us we are in great shape. Thank you again Mega City.

Inquired about a part, they didn’t have it. Sure. And I’ve ask if they had it for different years. Simple question as that, the rep responded with attitude, only reason why I’m giving one star is because he gave me another number and said they would have it. I proceeded to take the number and asked nicely, “may I know who this number is? Another shop etc. Also responded with attitude, named the shop and proceeding with “Bye” and hangs up without giving me the chance to say anything.

Be aware of this out fit and stay far away from them. I ordered a rear suspension for a 2008 Cadillac SRS and the sales man and their web site says it is GRADE A which is supposed to be good for re-use and when the part came in to my shop in Edmonton all the way from Scarborough the part is not any where near for re-use and these guys are bunch of scammers as when I asked for a refund they changed the story and said it is not their problem and saying that I asked for this sub standard rotten metal for $1130.00. It is a joke from their management and can not believe these kind of businesses are surviving-I guess why not if the can scam honest people, can go bit further but will be get caught one of these days. If I can put no star I will choose to do that. I never did put bad comments on another business and this is the first time and I will send the pictures of their Grade A part for all readers to evaluate and make the judgement.

I had a terrible experience with them. They reneged on what they told me on the phone. Accused me of lying. I had a part to return but since it was outside of their 5 day return policy, I decided to called in advance to see if I could return it. I talked to Ace" he said "Sure

I dont usually write reviews but i just had to in this occasion because i have been frequenting this shop every time I need something done to my car and I couldn't be any more satisfied with this place. Customer service is provided at the highest quality, the staff is friendly and outgoing and they make sure that you are taken care of well! Prices are very good and affordable, they don't try to rip you off. Every time I have gone in, Zabi has always taken care of me and my experiences have always been very positive. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone out there who needs to change or modify anything on their cars/parts. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased a used engine they posted online They claimed had under 170k. The engine was cooked. An internal gear bottom distributor was well work. Not uncommon problem but never witnessed under 300k.So I worked out a deal on a transmission. Paid another 500 instead of 1200. I installed their tranny and it worked for approx 50km.These guys always seem to have the best price and low km. Stay away. Wish I never heard of them. Crooks

BUY A USED ABS MODULE FOR CAMRY 2008 PART NOT WORKING ,WHEN I TAKE IT FOR EXCHANGE, CONTER GUY IGNOR IT THEY DID NOT EXCHANGE OR GIVE BACK MY MONEY ,DO NOT GO THERE .

Despite having confirmed appointment times, locations, and days - they somehow lost the engine I was going to go to and test/buy. Unbelievably inept, disorganized and lacking in any kind of responsibility (across all levels from call center, warehouse and management) regarding a part they still have advertised on car-part. Stock TJ36790? We can’t find it. Sorry about the 4+ hours and 250km you just wasted

Yesterday, I dealt with Michelle when looking for my used tail light for my Cobolt. She was very helpful.and gave me really decent price compared to the other companies I called. She was paitent and helpful as I called back multiple times to confirm the delivery of the product to the Scarborough location. She called the driver for me to double check. I was so please to arrive and have no issues finding my product and the invoice she made for me from a completely different location. I am a female so in this industry i find I could get the run around or jacked prices. I was just so happy I was able to fix my tail light in a price effective and timely manner. Thanks again
