Absolutely horrible for picture printing… my mistake for ever deciding to choose to print here… pictures not even printed the way I requested them… 3-4 of the 10 I printed had a thick bold line going through them…. Lines that are not at all in my pictures.When I mentioned about the quality and what the lines were all I got was “ oh, we’ll that’s the format we printed them in and walked away” what a joke for customer service and picture quality! Get it together and fix your own machine errors instead of making pathetic excuses

Pathetic... Stopped by yesterday to pick up a thumb-drive (wanted a small memory size as I was only loading a few videos for a business client); the shelves were half empty and there were zero thumb-drives for my needs. They had some $75+ drives that had massive storage ... nothing small. Every single sales-person had their head buried in their cell phone and no one asked if I needed assistance - it was comical to see. Why do retail companies like this allow their staff to sit around staring at their cell phones when there are customers in the store? So; I walked over to Best Buy - and experienced the exact same scenario. Last choice - Walmart (ugh); and I found exactly what I needed. Awful service Staples - keep it up and your store will close.
