Don't bother calling these people for a call out to fix your furnace. Called Saturday said I can come out in Monday we will call you. I called Monday morning no answer voice mail and No call at all until 2pm sorry can't get to you . I guess customer service does not exist at JD RV Solutions.

Pat agreed to see my motorhome with two days notice, we had a problem with our air conditioner and I was sure we needed a new unit based on what I was reading on line. He took a look for us and did a great job examining the unit. Up and down the ladder several times, took off the lid, checked this and that... Very pleased when he found the problem and fixed it in about 10 minutes. Price for his services was VERY reasonable.Overall very good service and I'd recommend them to everyone. Great job guys!!

Awesome experience! We called with a last minute emergency before leaving on a camping trip because our slides wouldnt work. He told us to come in right away and we were on the road working within an hour!

Really good service! We couldn't get our camper in the week scheduled (seeding on the farm) so he let us bring it and store it in his yard early. Really great service, always friendly! Had a ton of parts on hand (anything from lights to hoses to chairs or solar panels).
