Had a crack on my windshield and I needed to replace the glass, my colleague told me about Alex. It was very easy to get an appointment. Great customer service.It's rare these days to find a an automotive shop where the owner conducts his business on the basis of honesty and ensuring the customer satisfaction with the final product. I would use them again in a heart beat! I got a crack from a pebble on the highway and it grew to right across my windshield. When I called, they made me an appointment for the next week and it was done in 2 hrs. I was worried it was gunna cost me an arm and leg, but they helped me do the whole thing through my insurance and I didn't break the band at all like I had expected to! Very efficient service.

I Called a few places, they said they don’t deal with Tesla’s, but General Auto Glass said they would be able to assist, because they do a lot of windshield repair for Tesla’s. They did an excellent job! I highly recommend them.

Great, fast and clean service and the best price in the area! I changed my other car's windshield a year ago with a different dealer but found General and got a quote considerably cheaper this time around for a similar sized vehicle. Garage is clean and staff were working with Covid precautions. It's been over a week and everything is fine! Alex there was flexible and able to correspond with me to move me into a sooner appointment time. Replacing windshields suck but give them a try!

The staff were so friendly and the work done to my car was done excellently. Also loved the fact that they had a couch for guests, making the wait time much more comfortable!

Excellent service, professional job, very clean place. Windshield replacement took around 2 hours. The Windshield replacement is covered by my insurance and I don't have to contact them, they do all the paper work for me. The owner, Alex, is very honest person, my deductible was waived by my insurance a few days after I paid for the service. The owner called me back and refunded the full amount. Definitely a strong recommendation this store to anyone. Thank you Alex.
