Over four years ago I gave Christiane O'carroll $3,900 to get Residency for my wife from Cuba. After providing her with rheams of documents to support our application and wasting over four years on the process I finally made enquiries of IRCC to determine the status of our application only to learn that the application has never been filed. Now we are in discussions with our legal council to determine the next step to recover our money.

I would highly recommend Christianne to anybody when it comes to immigration consulting. When I was sponsoring my wife for her Permanent Residence I sent emails to many different immigration lawyers and consultants and after chatting with Christianne through email we decided to use her services to help us with the enormous and daunting application process. O'Carroll knows her stuff. She helped me get my husband here from Jamaica without any glitches. He is now a permanent resident. She stayed in communication while I was traveling abroad and did everything to help me that was required to satisfy the procedure to get him here. I highly recommend her though I think her assistant was still learning tho she does look over everything as well. She did a good job and I would recommend her to anybody in the same situation. She's very experienced as she's then through this first hand and always had great suggestions on how to work through the process. She's extremely kind and friendly in a way that makes you feel comfortable and confident. They understand the stressfulness of this situation and she's always there to respond in the best way.
