Michelle is a very nice lady. She is a talented and skillful hair stylist.

My mother had a terrible experience here. They took advantage of her as a foreign and charged a different price compared to what was on the window and what they charged her the previous time. Probably because the first time was cash, which I guess it might mean they did not declare taxes to CRA on it. Long story short, they even charged a 18% tips without her knowing it. I would definitely NOT recommend it.

My friend referred me to this place. Decided to give it a try. The salon is clean , the lady that serviced me , Michelle was very professional ,friendly , and displayed good customer service , offered advice and suggestions for my hairstyle. She also pays attention to detail and you can see the effort she puts in when cutting your hair.the price is reasonable .I had a pleasant experience and would come back next time. I would also recommend this place to friends and family.

I have had my hair cut by Michelle 3 times now and I am very happy with the results. She is well-priced and very experienced: she knows just what to do with my hair. I want a cut that lasts for many months and she delivers. Michelle is also fun to chat with, creating an overall uplifting experience. I definitely recommend!

I was looking to find good hair salon since covid happened. But till before I try here, I couldn't find any good hair salon. I tried men's hair cut with stylist Lily(I'm pretty sure her name ). I didn't expected to have that great haircut and wash. I got impressed her skills for men's hair cut!I'll definitely come back and be a regular ~~

I got a haircut here last year by the owner Michelle. I use to go to their Yonge St./Wellesley location for many years and was devoted to Mary until she left. When I needed a haircut again, I called and asked whom can cut very well and they referred me to Michelle at 18 Yonge. They quoted me a high price on the phone, but later lowered it when I said I was a regular at their other location. When I showed up the shop, I explained to them about my appointment I made with them and the salon appeared clean although navigating to the location was a bit troublesome. Anyway, Michelle was mostly pleasant, but she’s not a good hairdresser. She talked way too much about herself and her adult children, and I had trouble understanding her not just through her mask, but she has a thick accent. I showed her pics of bangs I wanted, but she refused and said it wouldn’t look good. She styled my hair with a curling iron before I could refuse and I don’t like my hair curled as it always looks hideous and proved so again. When it was time to pay she said something I couldn’t understand and charged me more than she told me I would be paying on the phone. To add further insult, my hair was crooked, but she didn’t show me with a mirror and I have bad eyesight. I wouldn’t have known anyway since she curled my hair so it wouldn’t be even to see if it was straight. I won’t be returning after having a crooked haircut, her refusing to cut bangs, charging me more than agreed, and making me dizzy talking to herself nonstop silly.

Michelle is my only favorite hairstylist for more than 7 years!!I have tried haircut, hair color, Japanese permanent straight and what ever I ask her she does amazing job than I expected.She is a experienced hairstylist who can use different color technique and different products on different hair condition.Who can satisfy picky client like me. Her service price is reasonableComparing to another hair salon. If you are looking for the best hairstylist who makes beautiful hair on each different faces and who is really caring your hair condition, ask Michelle. You will be satisfied.

This was my first time to this salon and will be my last. I showed the hair stylist a photo of the haircut I wanted with layers. I specifically said I only wanted a trim and showed her only 1 inch off the length. I had thought she understood my instructions then proceeded to cut off 6 inches and said this looks better". Michelle has been working magic with my blonde hair. She keeps it healthy and really takes care to get the shade of blonde I am looking for. Incredibly appreciative Michelle!
