I did my X ray on 15th of September and today is 29th September. My doctor has still not recieved my X ray reports. 2 weeks is long time just to send the reports.

Front receptionist needs training, listening skills and manners. I called to book an appointment and explained everything and still my appointment was messed up so now I have to drop everything again to return due to her lack of listening skills and impatience. Both on the phone and in person, she was RUDE, dismissive, demanding and claimed that I didn’t tell her details pertinent to my appointment. What benefit would I have in not providing details so I’d waste my own valuable time? I reminded her in person I did tell her. No apology. In fact she doesn’t know the meaning of greeting patients and smiling. In fact, the bookings are not accurate, as you are given a certain time and on the day of she called to tell me coke at a different time which is earlier and when queried, she claimed she wanted me to come earlier, but she just didn’t say that so how is this good business?The technicians were friendly, but one of them messed up completely and caught me as I was leaving, and questioned me hoping that the requisition was wrong, but they realized the mess up so had me redo everything again so now I’m worried about the accuracy. This lab has made too many mistakes at my expense despite being the closest to my home.I will go to another lab that I got superior service from since their Receptionist is friendly, listens, treats clients like clients, and books accurately, and the technician was very thorough too and my results took a few days to reach my doctor.

I needed an urgent ultrasound. The staff were able to squeeze me in within an hour. Service was excellent and professional. When they realized that the diagnosis was likely acute appendicitis they ensured that the radiologist report and physician reports were done stat and directed me to a hospital emergency room. That is focus and professionalism.

Do not book this location !!! Very unprofessional , horrible service . The admin staff doesnt know what they are doing , they lost my chart twice and waited over an hour for an appoitmemt.

I had an appointment and when I got there the tec told me you are 20 minutes late and I just do the Ultrasound for once although I was just 5 minutes late .he didn't gave me any gown and he was in rush because he had another patient after me .I asked him if he has access to my ultrasound history which were done as his secretary told me before they have access and he told me no .Before going to this location I always went to2 Champagne Dr and I had great customer service experience .This location customer service was awful. They don't know even they are dealing with some critical medical issues and they have to prepare a calm and stress free environment for the patients.

Fast service. Made an appointment through phone. No wait on the phone and no wait in person. I especially like the staff who did my ultrasound. Very considerate and throughly to proceed the scanning. For the convenience, I recommend this place.

most horrible experience with them. went there for my 21 week (anatomy) U/S. The tech who did it(male) was soooo rough and was almost hurting me. Spoke a lot of unnecessary things and seemed very confused. We were expecting to know the gender of our baby during this session but even on asking for it, he said that he can't reveal to us but everything will be mentioned in the report and the OB only will tell us. Whereas the OB said that nowhere in the report they have mentioned the gender of the baby. Soooooo disappointed with them(liers). Also felt he was a kind of racist person as we are Asian Parents. We are first time parents and are excited to have our first baby, But this guy ruined our excitement. Don't even deserve half a star.

The ultrasound appointment went ok. Tech was nice and thorough. They told me the results would be sent to my doctor within 3 days. I haven't heard from my doctor yet and it has been 8 days now. I called Yonge Eglinton and they told me the original fax didn't go through. Why did it take me having to call back to check on things, for them to know it didn't go through? They need to pay closer attention to this kind of thing, as I noticed it hapened to someone else on the reviews

Great customer service provided by the receptionist Jennifer. She was very approachable, friendly and patiently answered all our questions even after a long day. There was hardly any wait time, we were in and out in 10 minutes. The radiologist was very friendly as well. Keep up the great work!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had no problem booking . I was called in right on schedule. The lady who did the ultrasound scan was very kind and friendly. Would definitely go here again and recommend anyone in this area to go there. Thank you.
