I called this morning to find info on a used 2019 yz 250 called lasted 1min i said im from nb and wanted to no the restrictions for me going down to see the bike whit the covid19 he said they could comme over the bridge that was ok then i said what would be the best price he could do he said the price of the bike is the price it is yaye its not my first rodeo im 40 years old and i no they could comme down couple of dollars i was a buyer for shure plus im from from new-brunswick you no i have friends and family that could have ben other costomer ha well there lost

Kevin understood that we were traveling from Halifax to see a trailer on his lot and did little to prepare. We asked questions and he told us to look on line. We asked about if the jacks were automatic and he said they were manual and we would save money because they are cheaper to replace. They actually are automatic, we looked on line! We were not shown any exterior compartments. The temperature was freezing and the trailer wasn't heated and no power was available to the unit. We were advised that there was another couple from Ontario interested in this trailer as well. Warranty was offered at an additional cost.

We were very excited to be able to find a retailer for CKX boots for our little boy just before Christmas, and more excited for after-hours service when the boots weren’t actually in stock in the right size. That explains why the boots arrived a day before they were promised to and came with a full explanation when we were paying, something you don’t expect for a pair of kids boots. It’s good to feel like an important customer even when you’re just picking up an inexpensive item.

I was offered 43% less than a very conservative asking price for a trade. That's not even accounting the profit they were going to make on the trailer I was going to purchase from them. Disappointing. There is no more honesty in purchasing/selling.

If you are looking to be treated like a king that is the place to go extremely high quality service all the way from sale to service..... A great group of guys work here. I bought a snowblower and generator from them a few years back and when I came into to get some maintenance parts from them; not only did the sales man recognize me, but was also able to point out the exact part I needed to get the snowblower going again. These guys know thier stuff.

I have been dealing with these guys for our riding gear bike parts and even baught a camper from them. Alex and Kevin and the lady at the back counter are amazing. Very kind always have the right stuff for you. Knowledgeable and always there to make sure you are happy and taken care of. Thanks for everything.

Can't say enough good things about the folks at Centennial. Had to leave my bike in their lot in the middle of the night after getting a bad puncture that couldn't be patched on my Tenere 700 while travelling the east coast. I called them the next morning and they prioritized my repair to get me back on the road. Gavin and Matt really went above and beyond. Got me a great deal on a new set of tires which was badly needed, new rear brake pads, even fixed the fasteners on my license plate that I had been meaning to get around to. They didn't mention it either, I realized a few days later the zip ties were replaced with a couple of nylon screws. Even better yet, I had forgotten my bike key at my hotel and one of their newer employees drove me over to grab it. It's also a great looking shop. These guys really know what they're doing and I highly recommend you give them a visit. Thanks again!

Great customer service. Service manager remembered me from previous annual inspections on my motorcycle, which added a nice personal touch to the visit. Highly recommended.
