How come only one review? I'm curious most individuals pick a business by their reviews. I go to school for construction tech/home building I believe I'll see first hand how mold is detected Thursday. I know theres mold in the whole home .There was a major leak in upper unit Nov 2018 and it was only patch repaired so the interior was left wet and to rot and grow and create harmful air particles.The main issue is the mainfloor of the homes basement it's a old potato cellar.The foundation is not water proofed and algea and mold grows on the foundation where the water comes in.These things have been left in disrepair as well the furnace has never been cleaned and in upper unit the vents are blocked because the furnace is full of harmful air borne substances.I'm sure youll see first hand and I'll be able to direct you to right spots.Again bigger issue is basement so hope there's tests done there.I have to wear a mask in my home even before covid.The bag I'm holding is what I cleaned out of my air conditioner when I bought it was clean in a year I had to scrape this off and there's still some stuck to AC its not just from smoking it's dust and mold and other harmful dust/mold particles.The next pick of sandwhich bag I cleaned out of the washroom fan and this happens every couple days .
