Ricki's Bootlegger - Circle Park Mall

The manager Tori was very rude to us today...she dose not know how to behave with customers while billing. Other staff members was very suppprtive and kind though. Strongly, I will neglect this store if Tori is around.

April/ Silvia was amazing helping me find the perfect outfit for my job interview. I obtained the job. The outfit I was wearing helped me feel confident.

Centre Mall location of Saskatoon Rickis and BootleggerI went to the store to make a return earlier today before I started my shift in my workplace nearby, and the manager whose name is Montse? Or Marcy and another employee there were all busy, so I left as my shift started soon. 4 hours later when I came back again to do a return, Marcy looked at me and said You are doing that again?!" Suddenly I feel shamed and I asked what do you mean by doing this again? I came earlier before my work started and I left because I don’t want to wait. And she just said she saw me earlier. I really feel awkward because I think she assumed that I already returned and now I steal and use the same receipt make another return!? I went back to my workplace and talked to my coworkers

Best shopping experience with Khushbu while we were doing shopping for my conference,,,, officials clothes.,,,,,, she suggested best options as well as she arranged trial room for me as well ,,, I would love to see her again and Thank you very much khushbu for your help and making my experience of shopping wonderful with you and Ricki’s

I had a wonderful visit to the store even though I was looking for a specific outfit that was sold out given the amazing sale. The associate was very nice as well; thank you!

Store was busy when I went today but eventhough Kayla was doing many things, she was very helpful & checked on me in the fitting room multiple times to see if everthing is doing well & if I needed size etc. Mackenzie also offered steaming the blouse before I try it on. It was a lovely gesture and it’s certainly not something I get from other retailers (even the ones I shop with regularly). Because of this, Ricki’s @ Centre Mall will always be one of my go-to places for women’s clothing.

Please keep in mind this story is now running over the course of almost 2 YEARS! My husband bought some jeans and returned them. They issued a credit on a bootlegger gift card. Husband gave me the gift card so I could buy some clothing as the men’s selection in stores have very little he liked anymore. I went in went to use the gift card and found out the card was used, NOT by us. The card was manually input at another mall in Saskatoon(which has to be over ridden by a manager in store according to the woman I spoke with at Center mall) I lodged a complaint with the manager and she told me head office would contact me. I gave it a good two months as an I understood they would have to investigate. Went back in, STILL nothing. Lodged another complaint. Waited, still nothing. Over the course I’ve returned to the store MULTIPLE times(to the chagrin of the center mall managers who are well aware of the story) to have this rectified, still no call, no information, no reimbursement, no nothing. I want an answer how someone got the card number that was SECURELY in my possession and a manager at another store was able to over ride the security feature for someone to manually use my money. You have my phone number and my husbands, you have my email. You have the gift card number. It’s been so long now I’ve actually planned a wedding and gotten married in the time I’ve been waiting for a response. So the complaint is lodged under the name Kristy Bell and Harley Olson.

Probably the best clothing shopping experience I’ve had in a long time! Gotta give a huge shout out to Marcy, she made me feel comfortable and helped me pick out some great fitting clothes. She seemed to pick up on my style quickly and the look I was going for which helped a lot.

The store was well organised and the staffs were co operative and friendly.
