Jon provided excellent service to help me swap my tires, replace my discs and generally tune my bike. He was prompt, came to my house at the agreed upon time for the service, and was really friendly. I would definitely recommend The Bike Guy to friends, and this option was way easier than taking my bike to a shop and leaving it for days.

I’m so glad to find thebikeguy! Needed someone to assemble my bike after receiving it. Rad bikeshop has a 3 weeks waiting time and velofix charges insane prices for assembly. I was hesitant about getting someone I don’t know to my address just for a bike but glad I did!! Because I couldn’t quite manage to bring my bike in to a shop with two young children, Jon the bike expert came to my door. Very polite, friendly and punctual. I emailed him on Monday and my bike was done on tues morning. I asked him to have a look on my kids bikes if it needs any attention, he did them for free. I’m very happy with the service and of course I will call him again if anything needs attention. Happy riding!!
