I usually just use drive thru. Always friendly and polite. Usually just grab a steeped tea to go.

The manager working at 1:45 PM on April 23 was extremely unprofessional. The drive through cashier messed up on our order and had to call the manager to fix it. I was happy to wait but the manager came and for whatever reason started putting blame on me. She was raising her voice as I tried to explain the error multiple times, seemingly unwilling to actually listen. Finally the cashier backed up my claim and the manager proceeds to tell me that I need to understand that she didn't have all rhe information. Had she actually just listened to me she would have known all she needed to. Very disappointed in how is was treated and can't believe such an unprofessional woman is in management. I will be back to write up a formal complaint.

Visit late at night while going for a drive on a beautiful day. Very quick service and got my order right. Couldn't complain.

Visited this location on Saturday and Sunday around 9am and waited for about 20mins. I feel bad for the staff doing the inside. Looks like they have 3-4 people working on drive thru and 1person trying to handle a giant lineup around the restaurant on the inside. Could definitely be managed better. I understand staff shortages but the girl inside just seemed overwhelmed and deflated. Also, drive thru seemed to be moving at just as slow of a pace with the extra staff.

Why is it that no one is serving the lineup inside the store but there are 3 on drive-thru, one making sandwiches and one cleaning. It's been 5 minutes...

Since they've renovated, the place is clean. There's also some new staff who are friendly and helpful.

Felt horrible for the 4 employees working. Sunday lunch time rush. Took 1hr 8mins from walk in to getting out 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks.Managers wondering around doing nothing! Help your staff out!!Manage and inform your customers.This was the large Winchester On location.

Employees and drinks are always top notch here but staff at their soup and sandwich station need a bit more training. I love a good breakfast wrap but they haven't been able to make one right the past 3 times I've gone now. Today's farmers wrap had now lettus or tomato and they seemed to have forgotten the sauce until the wrap was already made because it was all in a big glob at the top end of the wrap and nowhere else.

This place nailed my London Fog!!! For real!!!I asked for an extra shot of Vanilla, 1 sugar, and extra milk too cool it down (had dental surgery this week) the crew here are 'Slayin it'. Thank you!Plus this was tonight's view from the drive through....damn!!!Every other location I've gone to, for the past year in Ottawa, has not! True story! They either forget the shot of Vanilla, do not add my 1 sugar, last night, I had a tea bag and the milk only.Also, before they added it to the menu, have out right, denied me the option, even when I offered to walk the steps.

I just went in to grab a coffee the young lady who served me was sweet. But the blonde who was at the sandwich station was quiet ride to an older lady who was also working at the sandwich station. Employees should not be speaking the way she was to this lady.
