Great property management company. They're on it- fast responses, v professional.

Terrible company has you put through tickets on a maintenance portal that is inaccessible majority of the time , currently haven’t been able to input a ticket for a month, and even if you manage to get into the system and put in a maintenance ticket do not ever expect them to complete the work, at most you can expect a strange man to show up unannounced and walk into your home, fix nothing, waste your time and leave

I want to say PMB property management has been fantastic! My experience has been great. Richard, Lori and Maureen have been so terrific. They respond promptly and are very understanding and professionalI recommend this property management company to everyone who is looking for a superior property management company to help find your new home

At first they where absolutely amazing to work with and were always fast to help , but recently they have been nothing but unprofessional, ignoring my emails , avoiding questions and just overall very horrible to deal with now. It’s unfortunate because I use to talk so highly of them but now I tell everyone I meet how horrible they treat my family and how unprofessional they’ve become… a real shame

Property Management Barrie has been taking good care of my rental properties for the past 3+ years! Lori has always been super responsive and has selected quality tenants to live in those houses. I have been very pleased with all services provided by PMB.

Update. 1. Only AFTER I posted this review did I say don't bother because I can't afford to keep taking time off. 2. That's pathetically petty to try to hold me to my lease after a negative review and quite franky just makes you look worse. I gave 60 days notice, and the N9 YOU sent US has already been accepeted and docusigned by all parties with many emails back and forth confirming such, and the clear emails and invoice outlining the last fee for re-renting. Sorry you haven't found a renter yet, I guess this is how you're going to try to get some money. I'll in turn hold you resonsible for my new lease payments based on going back on the N9 agreement.Terrible tenant service. Takes forever to get anything tended to. By-law snow is to be removed within 24 hours, they've scheduled a plow to do the parking spots for Wednesday when heavy snowfall was Sunday, I guess hoping they don't have to bother because it's supposed to be above 0 all week. Issue with water heater ongoing and they keep closing the ticket without checking with me, I've had 2 appointments off work so far and now they want me to be home again. When I moved in toilet was not secured to the floor properly and rocked, took them from Aug 5 when reported to Aug 18 when I followed up because I hadn't heard anything.

Such an amazing team! Always goes above and beyond to help my family! Couldn’t be more greatful!Lori and Maureen and true sweethearts! There rentals are always reasonable prices! Wouldn’t want to rent from anyone else!

Wish I could put 0 stars. Went without heat in 2019 from march-september as well as the apartment above me. We were told to get space heaters. When they finally got around to fixing it they realized all they needed to do was turn the furnace back on in the basement as it had been turned off by people working down there?! My front window was cracked for 2 years multiple maintenance requests it's still not fixed thankfully they are not our property managers anymore and the new landlords have already scheduled it to be fixed. Clogged sinks when moved in, an electrical plug not working again multiple maintenance requests after 3 years never fixed. When I moved in we had a different property management I was told I could bring my daughters yard toys onto the shared property which is the only reason I moved in because my last apartment had a yard and I wanted to keep the toys. After PMB took over they told me to get rid of the toys it made the place look like a dump?? A child size slide and a play house. They actually gave me an eviction notice over the toys during the pandemic too when it was hard to take my child anywhere and wer relied on the backyard. Finally, there is 6 apartments here but only 5 parking spots. They were renting out the 6th apartment with a parking spot. All the tenants here explainedthere us noparking as we all have 1 car. They responded by telling us weren't guaranteed a parking space (even though it's in all of our leases) and that we were sabotaging their attempt to get new tenants. I am so glad they are gone would not recommend this company at all. They clearly are taking care of too many apartments than they are able to handle.

I moved in to a property managed by PMB 3 months ago and have had nothing but a wonderful experience!Lori has 100% been my go to for any needs or questions. She has gone above and beyond every time I have reached out for something - wether it's her department" or not she has always taken care of my ( very minimal concerns).She has been friendly

Excellent experience. I would highly recommend this organization! Maureen showed the rentals. Magnificent simple website to navigate for viewings. Lori the leasing consultant was exceptional. She provided first class service, very helpful, kind and made the process happen speedily and efficiently.
