This is pretty much the only healthy spot in Saint-Sauveur so it is definitely awesome. Their pastries are so tasty, the carrot cake has got to be the best. Prices can get a little high but that's normal for a place like this. I enjoy their varieties of smoothies and salads. Went on a first date here and we're still together so it'll always remain a charming location for me!

Food was great! First time here and really enjoyed it. A little confusion with the bill, and ended up being overcharged, but no big deal. Would recommend!

Great value for the food being served. High quality ingredients. The fresh squeezed juices are amazing. I highly recommend anyone visiting the area to check out this nice cafe. The locals already know how great the food is.

Great carrot muffins. Beets latte was a disappointment, but that’s just a personal opinion. The place looks great, and they bake everything there .
