The staff at this shop is amazing; they are well informed, always there to help and are able to answer all of your questions. The shop has a variety of great products and many free samples. This is my go to shop for all of my fitness needs.

The perfect little supplement store. Super friendly and helpful staff who can make suggest based on goals AND flavours. They try every thing that is brought in so they really know how it tastes.Online store is also amazing and the shipping is super fast.Their sample game is also on point! They always want you to try new products be for you buy full size or new flavours from brands you already lloveJust save yourself from the douchy judgemental supp shops and come here, it's the best fitfam

I love coming here to shop for supplements. The store is always stocked with my favourite products at a great price, and the owner is fantastic to talk to. It's great being able to go to a store where the owner is both knowledgeable and focused on customer service. Not many stores really focus on customer service and just operate to push products on you to make a buck, but top nutrition and fitness is so different. I like knowing my voice matters, and they also offer tons of free samples/ ask for people's input on what to carry. 5 stars!

This site is the best site I have came across yet! I'm buying all my supplements from here now. Great customer service, as I received my package today I've been very excited to try out the muscle butter sugar cookie flavour. It's amazing it tastes so good just like mom used to make!

***WORSE SUPPLEMENT STORE EVER*** I bought a preworkout Gold Standard at this store. When I open it, it was as hard as a rock. I went back to the store with the produce to exchange it and after to have called the owner, the cashier told me they couldn't do anything. I contacted the owner twice via their Facebook page and they never gave me an answer. Worse place ever!!! Don't loose your money and your time. Just go somewhere else.

The only place I go in Montreal to get my supplements and snacks! Being vegan myself, it is so hard to find stores that cater to my lifestyle..but this place has me covered! They are always bringing in new and exciting snacks and bars! Also the perfect place to go indoor tanning especially during the cold Montreal winters. Great prices and location! I also ordered from their website twice over the summer when I was back home in Vancouver, BC. The order was quick and arrived within a week. Staff is amazing and always helpful!

You need to go to this place, you will find things that nobody else sells! Really good supplement store and nicest staff ever. The owner really takes the time to advice you for the right product and she will go the extra mile to find a suitable product if she doesnt carry it.

Phenomenal service, best selection of products, unbeatable prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff! Top Nutrition is my #1 choice even though I moved away from Montreal. The In store experience is unparalleled, but I've been over the moon with their website recently too. Super fast shipping, great layout, easy payment process, lots of sales, and the same great selection, products, prices, and the rewards program is kick ass same as in store. No problems returning items with receipt/proof of purchase. I recommend this store to everyone and anyone!

Top Nutrition and Fitness is an excellent supplement store! Diana, Emma, Irina and Pierre are all exceptionally welcoming and friendly. It's always a pleasure to go the store and talk to them. All the staff members are remarkably knowledgeable about bodybuilding and nutrition.They have great discounts on supplements, carry many products that are not available anywhere else, and generously give out free samples and fitness advice.Definitely a great store and worth paying a visit to!
