Had an amazing experience here. Service was fast and done to what i wanted. I love that my nail tech catered to my natural nails and offered me gel dip to harden my nails ! Definitely will be back

This review is only to highlight the lack of professionalism and lack of respect of the workers in this place, on two occasions I went to get acrylic nails done and they treated me so badly there and their last words were we won't do anything to you, go somewhere else, just because I did not agree to his insistent recommendation to do them in another material that was not acrylic, it should be clarified that I was already sitting down because they told me that they could do them in acrylic and then only because I told him that my nail was crooked if they could fix it They told me no, go to another place,❌⭐️

The service SUCKS I have been coming to the same nail salon for over 4 years and no issues after hiring new staff this past month they r very rude !! Went in to have my nails fixed because one of the staff did a horrible job they argued with me that the nails looked fine one was bigger then the other they didn’t do chrome properly made nothing but a mess and I payed about $75 very very unhappy then having to go back the next day with a broke nail I then had to fix the nail paying again to come back days later to fix the chipped polishThey then made me wait over an hour before telling me that no one was available to do my nails and until 3:00 I do not recommend this place to anyoneUnfortunately the amazing staff Mimi and Amy are on vacation and the staff r dragging down the salon while they r gone

I have been going here for years, great service because of Emmy, she is amazing, professional and kind.

I asked for a regular polish manicure. This was the state of my nails when I was told to go to the drying station ie. a little fan. When I pointed out some dents, patches and flaws I was told by Mimi that there was nothing wrong. I ended up being so disappointed that I just told her to take the nail polish off. She then charged me $20 (which was $15 posted on the price board) for a manicure where my cuticles still had pieces hanging off and uneven filing as seen in the photos. I asked to speak to the manager where I expressed that the quality of the work was poor and I felt I shouldn’t have paid at all.. when Mimi screamed across the salon “if you don’t like it you don’t need to come back!” I surely will not but this was some of the poorest quality of work and service that I have ever received.

The lady who did my nails did an amazing job !! I love them so much . She was very gentle an took her time to make sure they came out as beautiful as they did . Thank you !

If I could give no stars, I would. This salon was recommended to me by a friend so I was very excited to get my nails done from here. I made an appointment for 12pm a week in advance.When I entered the salon, I was not greeted by any staff - I was simply ignored. Some staff would glance at me, but did not say anything at all. I figured that they were just busy so I sat and waited for 20 minutes.Another customer had walked in and was acknowledge and greeted immediately. I finally went up to the reception desk to inform them that I had an appointment 20 minutes ago. They shrugged this off and told me to continue waiting. I was very fed up so I ended up leaving the store. Didn't even get the chance to get anything done. The customer service here was unprofessional and I am quite disappointed.

i am not sure who had did my nails, but she did great! prices are a little high, but somewhat worth it, she had respect and overheard me talking to my sister that my phone was running out of battery and offered me a charger. overall the nails turned out great and stayed on for a while.
