Superb communication; although there was one individual whom I particularly did not care for seems she was let go or at least removed from my husbands case thankfully as to she needs to learn empathy and communication and if she has children other adults are not them! Outside of that I had a wonderful experience! Initailly, they assumed they could not assist but found a way and I am ever so grateful!!

Medical bills I wasn’t responsible for but was being harassed for payment. A employee said they wouldn't go after me first it. Unfortunately it's still under my name and 1 day will come after me again.

My experince is no help. Sat outside office for three hours waiting to see person. Presented evidence of domestic violence, elder abuse, and abuse or misconduct by attorney, and identiy theft. They cannot help you. In the case of the attorney it was conflict of interest. The elder abuse and identity theft. The restraining orders had to stopped because the parties had changed addresses and I could not find new addresses. How can a public organization have a conflict of interest when abuse is involved. Being grossly taken advantage of by an attorney you hired help you only adds to the victimizing that goes on when someone is abused. This agency cannot help, and will then send you a letter to confim it. I am now $18,000 in debt in attorney fees, losing my home, and out of money I have been in court once on 09/20/15, but nothing has happened the papers I signed have not been signed by judge or filed. Is this just a legal scam to waste the public's tax dollars. I pay taxes and vote. To make a victim of domestic violence and elder abuse go through continued abuse while trying to free themselves is a gross injustice and offers advertised as aid just continue the abuse and add more abuse by outsiders who cannot possibly understand abuse. I have been fighting for freedom from domestic violence for two years!!! ........May update went to court today. Above attorney who I asked for help against for attorney misconduct, and was told legal aid for elderly that it would be a conflict of interest for them, showed up at court against this writer with husbands divorce attorney to appear with her, for a lein against my home, the attorney for the first part was my divorce attorney. Can there be more than one conflict of interest?

These people rushed right in and changed my mother's estate plan when she may have superficially sounded coherent - but was not. A call to her doctor would have confirmed. When she came to her senses, they refused to fix it. As a direct result of this organization's refusal to correct what they should never have done in the first place, a heroin addict has stolen untold amounts of her money and has complete control over her. She is not wealthy. Her money was supposed to be for her - not shot up someone's arm or used for pills. They will never receive my support again.

David spario was nasty from the start of working with this place. When I asked for his boss I was told he was the highest up (guess that was a lie)now 2 years later I find out he actually has a boss and that boss contacted me. He gave me horrible legal advice, im worst off now then when I started with him. They wont even fix what they did the answer I received was sorry ma'am you have to find a new lawyer" (even though if it wasnt for him I wouldn't need a new lawyer or be out of a vehicle and a ton of money. This guy may be good at some things but bankruptcy court isn't one of them . And don't contact him more than once or he will scream at you

The advice I received allowed me to make sound decisions in a chaotic case. The law was on my side against lying, aggressive individuals who tried to circumvent the law with veiled threats. Thank you Elder Law for guiding me to a very positive outcome!

Helen zaffram got on stand and said she never met my mother as she was appointed guardian do not ever let them help you when it comes to guardianship they do not care about the people they serve or their families it’s all about the money for them I had to go to court several times just to get my mother new glasses and her basic needs met if I could give them -5 starts I would
