I called for a new homeowner policy with the direction of my mother. The service was great and super fast especially for a Saturday afternoon! I received a quote , set up payment all under two hours and was even able to lower my annual premium! The best ever customer service I received from an agent. I needed an assistance regarding my policy. To my lucky day I spoke with Izna Khan. She solved my problem and she stayed witn me over the phone to make sure that everything works fine. She is a very polit person and accomodating to customers. my policy i up mid june as of today i had no email no mail no call re my renewal but what I did have was charged to my CC without my authorization when I called they said its my job to call them!!! when I called last year to ask they told me dont worry lots of time...on top of that my car insurance went up 315 i have no tickets no claim no nothing and that is the best they can do they dont care about people they care about money ...but i did have a good experience w them on house insurance so no complaints on that sie but car noooooooooooooooo
