I went to East Side Mario’s for my birthday on June 9th and the server Kristen was AMAZING. I haven’t been here in years and the food was delicious. I got the chicken parmigiana which included the unlimited salad and bread and Kristen had them to us within minutes and checked in multiple times. She was extremely pleasant and accommodating. She wished me a happy birthday and I received a free dessert along with a spin on a wheel for a coupon. Highly recommend this restaurant and would strongly suggest to request Kristen as I have never had a server so attentive to a table. 10/10

Visited this place for a lunch with 5 other people on a Saturday noon time. Eventhough place was really busy and we did not reserve seat prior to visit. They managed to find a table within 10 minutes of wait.Service was very good and the waiter knows exactly what she is doing.We got the starters without having much wait also the main course followed whenever we finished starters.Authentic taste food in Italian style in a nice ambience but not too expensive.Overall good experience.

You get a lot of food for what you pay for! Our server was very friendly and attentive and did a great job even when it got super busy. Food came out quickly and was delicious! Unlimited soup or salad and bread with your entrees is hard to beat. We will definitely be coming back.

It has been our family's tradition to eat here for birthdays. Tonight's visit is nothing short of amazing. The service was fantastic, checked in on us often but not too overbearing. Food came out hor and fresh. I had chicken parm and it was good, I got full over unlimited bread and soup so I took left overs home. Mini tiramisu is a perfect way to end a good meal. I'm just sad that they took away the chicken parm sliders, that was my go to meal. Wish they'd bring it back. I did notice prices went up by a lot, guess inflation is catching up. Nevertheless, the visit was great. Thank you

Great place to take kids and family. I have been coming here for a long time. Never disappointed, always enjoyed coming here. What is exceptional is the staff here. Very friendly and welcoming. Shout out to our favorite member of the staff Caryn. She became a part of our family too.

We visited for the first time today at the Bayers Lake Halifax location . We were super impressed from start to finish. Our waiter Devon did an amazing job, he was polite, friendly, professional and very helpful when it came to my gluten allergy. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was very tasty, my husband said the soup was the best he had eaten since arriving in Canada last year. Very happy and will definitely be returning . Thank you Devon and the team at this location, you should be very proud .

Was a fantastic experience! Or server Chantel was very professional and friendly, the food was TO DIE FOR and the manager even came out during a rush to get his hands dirty and help out with equally unmatched professionalism and friendliness. Definitely a great place to take your significant other or family to, highly recommend

Food is exceptional for a chain.First time I have ever given a 20% tip, our waiter Devan was utterly professional, replenished beverages at exactly the right moment, attended the table at that moment your thoughts ventured towards okay what's next.This is definitely a location we will return to.The managers / owners should be righly proud of the team here, and Devan was totally stand out fantastic.

Perfectly delicious pasta, with lots of options on the menu. Endless bread & salad is awesome. Casual Italian restaurant. If you’re lucky enough to have Alisha as your server, you’re in for a treat as she is friendly, attentive, and prompt. Kitchen was a bit slow to get the main course out, especially after having the appies almost instantly, but it was worth the wait.
