Worth a stop for the walk out onto the cliffs. Really unique layered jagged rock outcroppings made for excellent pondering material. Just a beautiful spot for a walk!

The lighthouse and surroundings have been recently renovated. Also a beautiful memorial for the fishermen lost at sea was erected. The sunsets from the lighthouse are gorgeous!!! A must see!

Beautiful area. They got a grant and did a total overhaul of this historical site in 2018 and it is now very park like and beautiful with an awesome Memorial statue. I highly recommend a visit to this lighthouse and the whole surrounding area as it is quite beautiful and a photographer's dream

Cape Saint Mary Lighthouse Park
A lovely park to visit included trails along coastal cliffs, spectacular bay of fundy views. Parking, and picnic tables, and a viewing scope are provided. The park live streams on Nova Scotia webcams. Has a memorial for lives lost at sea as well as a functioning lighthouse. Located near the Mavilette Beach Provincial Park. Definitely a great municipal park to visit. Amazing sunsets will not disappoint. Well maintained year round, this park is equally stunning during the winter. The park has interpretive panels explaining the history and culture of the region as well as coastal ecology information panels.

Cape Saint Mary Lighthouse Park
Baeutiful park with some amazing rock formations and an unconformity. The views are spectacular. If you are brave enough to climb down on the rocks at the actual point (down go too far) you will see some amazing rock formations. The lighthouse view is wonderful as well, and even higher from sea level.

Really awesome location. Completed roped off around the cliffs. A really large area for the kids to run around and enjoy the scenery. Really nice location around the lighthouse. You cannot climb the lighthouse but it was definitely worth the trip to the site. There are amazing rock formations at this location. It is very serene. Worth the trip!!
