I cannot say enough good things about the team at Cone Automotive. We were passing through Ontario in our RV, blew a belt, and needed to find a quick repair. By fate, we drove into Cone Automotive and they were able to fix our belt in a matter of hours, and even were able to fix an A/C problem we had been dealing with as a bonus! They were friendly, (and especially gracious with our toddler) and very reasonably priced! They easily could have taken advantage of us being in a bind, but instead took wonderful care. This shop was recommended to me 10 years ago and I have not used another shop since. They are always quick to get me scheduled, they are so very knowledgeable and I always feel like they are being honest with me about what my car needs. I won't go to another shop for any of my vehicle needs and I recommend them to any of my friends that are looking for a mechanic.

Whether you're traveling through like I am or live here you ABSOLUTELY should use Cone Automotive for your car and truck repair needs. If I could give 10 stars I would! Brian and his wife are the kindest people. When they learned I was on my way south to VA and SC they prioritized my repair and got it done in ONE afternoon at a super reasonable price! I couldn't be happier or more grateful! Thank you so much!

I have been very impressed with the quality of service, professionalism and integrity of this establishment. Brian is awesome! He is honest and straightforward and let's you know what's really going on with your vehicle. I don't know a lot of people around here, but the ones I do, I definitely recommend these guys.

My husband is so happy to have his Expedition back and finally working! After 2 months and 2 other mechanics trying to fix it Cone’s got it right the first time, it took them 1 business day to do it, & it was way cheaper then what we paid the others to unfortunately not fix anything!Thank You so much for you good honest & fair priced work. My Husband is so happy he found you guys!

The folks at Cone's are amazing! They are honest, straightforward, and keep me informed throughout the process. They don't do any work without personally speaking to me first and they stay in budget! I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. With their reasonable prices, honest service, and friendly staff, why would I? Just know, they are usually pretty busy so calling ahead before you take your vehicle in is advised.

We've used Cone for years! My friend Shirley's husband was a trucker. He instructed Shirley to take their cars to Cone's. That's how I first learned about them!When Brian and Donya purchased the business, we stayed with them!They're great! If, for any reason, there is a problem with the repair, they will fix it!They are great!

On I-84 heading from Ogden to Baker City when my truck’s alternator failed as I was approaching Ontario. Just happened to be almost to a rest area when it happened. On the advice of a rest area employee, I called Cone’s and Brian said bring it on in, so since I was only a short ways away I limped the truck to the shop. Brian took time away from what he was already doing to help me out, and had the alternator replaced and me back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Brian and his wife are a class act besides running a top drawer auto repair shop. Thank you so much…

Owners were professional, kind and did amazing work.My transmission has never run smoother! They installed a transmission in my AWD Chevy in less than a week and were helpful and communicated well throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.
