First time back since the renovations, Wow!! Big space, with place to sit and enjoy a delicious sandwich, schnitzel or Fries. Much bigger space with beautiful atmosphere. A few things you can buy here : A wide variety of Deli Meats, cheese,pickles, breads,hotdogs,sausages,jerky,soups and a ‘From the Kitchen’ section. Fantastic Renovation with more options, and great food... Great prices too.

Wow. What a deli ! Went there for lunch and had the corned beef sandwich on rye bread. Was delicious. The Montreal Smoked Meat sandwich is supposed to be great too, so it will be the next thing i try.The beef and vegetable soup was good too.Busy at lunch time, but they are fast and efficient. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stopped here driving back to the US and it was wonderful. A few minutes off the highway made it so convenient. The pulled pork poutine was a great choice!

Even though it was my first visit and to enquire about ordering sandwiches for Mother's Day, the staff were very helpful and the menu looks delicious and the aroma made you want to order anything!

We love a good deli sandwich and the Great Canadian Meat Company is the place to go for one in Durham. It is busy at lunch on weekends but well worth the little bit of a wait. They also have the best, tasty fries.

Terrific value! Can get a hefty lunch for $10, and when I mean hefty, I mean hefty. The picture doesn't do it justice, and the burger is bigger in real life. Service was quick, and the burger was high quality.Salad was alright, I feel like you might as well get another burger since it's better value. Definitely would think about going to this place weekly!Oh, and atmosphere was clean, and modern, but yet rustic in some parts.
