Cabana Lounge

I recently visited Cabana Lounge on three separate occasions and unfortunately had consistently unpleasant encounters with one particular hostess. It is with great disappointment that I write this review to shed light on the extremely unprofessional behavior displayed by a specific staff member. This review aims to address the need for immediate action to rectify this situation, as it significantly impacts the overall experience at Cabana Lounge.The hostess in question, who can be easily identified by her spectacles and the ugly same wardrobe choices, demonstrates a consistent lack of courtesy and respect. Her demeanor and attitude towards customers are simply unacceptable.During each of my visits, this hostess's behavior was nothing short of rude and discourteous. Her contemptuous attitude, combined with a dismissive demeanor, created a negative atmosphere that overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable ambiance. As a paying customer, it is disheartening to be subjected to such unwarranted treatment. The fact that other reviews on various platforms echo similar sentiments confirms that this is not an isolated incident but an ongoing issue that needs urgent attention.Regardless of her position, she is expected to act as a professional and provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately, her behavior falls far short of these expectations. Her conduct suggests a profound lack of understanding and respect for the role she serves within the establishment.( JUST A HOST )The persistently rude behavior of this particular hostess tarnishes the overall impression of the venue.she works friday nights , wears specs and is the most rude host i have come across in vancouver.

Good DJ but boring vibe. Barely any place to dance, place is entirely tables for bottle service or walk ways. Vast majority of crowd was guys sitting or standing at tables. On a Friday night it was pretty empty even though they were keeping a large line. With a line you’ll probably wait a while. Cover was $16.

Be careful with this place. Do not accept their free shots".My friend and I were walking past Cabana Lounge and this bouncer offered us tickets for a free drink. We went to the bar and the bartender said the ticket is only for shots... Okay... She went somewhere behind where we couldn't even see her

Soon as I walked was treated very rude and disrespectful.Was here to have a good time out of townThey charged us unexpected amounts on purpose not fair and do not take care of you I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you just want to get ripped off I suggest going to some other place that’s better also if you read the other reviews this is not the first time they have done something like this be aware so not I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE GUYS COMPLETE GARBAGE

The staff and owner were completely disrespectful. I requested a song to the DJ to which his reply was a $20 charge. Following this, the woman at the coat check was completely incapable of providing any customer service where she deferred to complaining to security. This resulted in security screaming at our group and forcefully kicking us out. Very disappointed in the treatment and overall very unsafe.

Should have totally asked for her name but one of the ladies managing the coat check was not helpful or cooperative at all! Despite speaking to her respectfully about a misplaced ticket, she aggressively denied having a conversation, and instead of communicating, chose to bring in the bouncer to end the conversation altogether. Why would you expect customers to pay $$ if you aren't equipped to provide the most basic of services?! Unhelpful staff and unwelcoming environment -what could've been a great experience ended in unnecessary frustration that could've been avoided if the staff would just converse with their customers. Avoid if you want to have a good night!

The worst bouncers ever. They feel they own the club and make the rules. They’re only egoistic and racist!!

Went for a friends birthday here, actually a nice club! Nice staff, friendly bartenders. I like that the bathrooms are downstairs too so you can chat in there. Overall a cool club!

Coat check lady with glasses is a real sore loser and bullies guests very rudely.She is disappointing and miserable to deal with. Best to avoid this club for sure…Anyway it ruins the vibe of the club right from the get-go when your party is abused verbally and bullied.What a miserable woman, she def has problems and needs help
