Mark was very easy to work with came out within a day and completed the estimate. Pricing was honest and fair. I hired him and he was working in a matter of days finished the roof in one day and did gutters the next it was a fast and painless process and I would recommend to anyone in the market for a new roof. There we no extra charges and I got everything I was promised in the expected time frame. no surprises on my 20 year old roof replacement. Wenzel roofing was a pleasure to do business with.

Hired Wenzel roofing to do a roof job for me, told him I had a pretty low budget, he worked with me and found a closeout shingle from one of his yards that was enough to complete my roof, The entire roof was done and completed in one day, they started early in the morning by the time I got home at 5 the crew had wrapped up, dumpster was full and roof was complete!, I did have to call them back for a leak at one of the roof vents, they did come back and repair free of charge! I am really glad it only took one day, I see some roofs going on for a week or more way smaller than what I had.

Did a horrible job on my roof. All the plywood around my house is rotted. I went to the village of fox lake to have them check my roof. I told them mark got the permit they said he never got a permit. So then they wont come out without a permit so I got an after the fact permit the next day. They said did you do your research on this guy, his license is suspended in the state of Illinois. Anyways the inspector came out and got on the ladder and just shook his head. In some areas they didn't even tear off the old roof they just went over the old shingles. I also caught his coworkers in a lie and mark in many lies. The roof was completely tarpapered and all the plywood was still on the ground. I said to the Mexican guy why didnt you use any of the plywood, he said yes yes we change we change I said no you didnt and look at here by the door it's all rotted and buckled that's where I was having my leaks . He said ok yeah yeah we change now so he went to the back of the house and started ripping tarpaper off. I had to leave for work but didnt want to. Came home and the areas that I pointed at still had rotted plywood on the house they never changed it. After I left my neighbor said no more plywood was used and they just shingled the roof and left. I was home for like 3 hours Mark's like I was there I watched them . Such a liar he wasnt there because I was and I wouldve seen him I dont own a mansion. He came much later this guy and his coworkers are the biggest liars on the planet

Mark called daily in an attempt to book my job. He would say he really wanted this job" and I believed him. I thought that a guy that was this hungry for business would be attentive and available if/when needed. Things changed almost immediately after I gave him the first check.Mark came to the job only once after taking the money (and never got out of his truck)

I don't have any complaints. Mark gave me a really good price on tear off, insulation, siding, and soffit. They got to work pretty quickly. They even worked the weekends and during some pretty bad weather to get the work done according to my deadline. Everything looks great and went without an issue.

Had this company replace the roofing at my mom's house. Since then discovered no ice/water shield in valleys like it should have been. Had to find it out the hard way when ice dams built up first year. Along with not even putting felt down on at least the sunroof roofing where the main leaks have been seen. Attempted to call the company numerous times to make it right. Story is he's in Costa Rica for the winter" and so on. Have a 5 year warranty he can't even stand by. Poor workmanship and professionalism. Do not use this company at all. Doesn't watch his guys or knew what they were doing and it was to increase his own personal profit from the job. Thanks for nothing! I have an invoice by the way for the sunroof having to be redone along with two different inspection reports of your poor install. Make it right."

Calling to schedule with the owner Mark was easy and timely. Last year they installed new windows in my home and throughout the basement. They also replaced some damaged gutters that we had. The service was timely and easy to arrange. We now love the windows and enjoy being able to open the basement windows that now also have screens. We will use this company again in the future for a new roof, siding, and doors. Would recommend to use this company to others.

Wenzel Roofing was recommended by a friend. I too would recommend Mark and Wenzel Roofing and Siding. Mark the owner did everything he said he would do. He came out the day after I called, give me a very reasonable estimate and removed and installed new roof in less then a week from our first conversation. Mark also repaired our gutter that was damaged by a tree limb. Mark could have sold us new gutters we didn't know it could be repaired. I liked his honesty.
