Such friendly staff here! I brought my cat in her backpack and harness to help pick out her next bag of food. The staff gave her a treat and some pets and compliments.Their new space is large and well organized. Love this location! Very reliable and stock is always good.

Since the pandemic, I've done my best to support local small businesses. The staff that work here are always helpful and shows they actually care for my business. Their curbside pick up is convenient, quick and easy - no line ups like the other big box stores down the road.I was recently helped by Melissa and Caryn at the store who were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me when I purchased the incorrect cat food. It's people like them that remind me of why I will continue to support our local businesses.

I’ve been coming to this location regularly for almost a year now. Always a top-notch customer service accompanied by reasonable prices and the best dog-wash around, especially for large dogs. A special ‘thank you’ to the staff for their friendly attitude and willingness to help.

Honestly, the staff and the store are amazing. Murphy gets treated like a king every time we go there. He jumps straight into the wash station and loves the complimentary treats and belly rubs from the staff! Looking forward to seeing the new store and continuing doing business with Pet Valu!

Prices are not competitive and I wouldsay borderline rip off. There are cheaper options, just shop around. I only shop here when I'm short on time or can't find a certain product elsewhere. You're better off shopping at Amazon than pet valu

Really friendly and helpful staff. Also has free parking for customers. Over the pandemic/last couple years, there were a lot of issues with getting the usual brand of food for my cats because of supply chain issues. The staff offered suggestions and even a sample for similar food. Ultimately the food was a no-go for my cat because they're horribly picky, but I really appreciated the effort from the staff here.
