Nice place--amazing view from the 4th floor, good parking. No family with me--but the pool looks great and breakfast was well done. Desk lady was great--I signed up with the rewards as it gave me a good discount. Will come again.

Rooms are not super fancy, but accommodate the needs, which is sometimes hard as we are a family of 6. They had several options to fit us all in one room.Hotel staff is amazing. From keeping the pool open to supplying bandaids, they offered things that went the extra mile.Breakfast was hot and delicious both Sunday and Monday with eggs, meat, and hashbrowns in addition to make your own waffles and all the usual breads, cereals, yogurts, etc.Pool and waterslide were great. Again, nothing super fancy, but water was warm (which seems to be difficult to find) and the area easily fit several families at once without feeling crowded.Location was at the opposite end of town from anything we were doing, but definitely worth the 10 minute drive. Brooks is not difficult to navigate.

Cleaned my room everyday which is amazing!Jean is absolutely helpful and very knowledgeable of what she does.Stacy Gen. Mgr is very supportive of her staff.Overall staff are welcoming and pleasant to guests.

It was my first time staying with Ramada. After this experience definitely will stay with them next time. it’s one of our best experiences in our 15 days road trip. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. We had AC issue in our room. The GM switched us to another room right away. The staffs helped us to move our luggages to our new room. They even called us to let us know they checked our room temperature before we come back so we were able to walk into a nice cool room when we were back after our activities. I would definitely recommend this property if you are staying in Brooks.

Great hotel, clean, good breakfast. Close to amenities as well as having a great little mart in the lobby. The pool, hot tub, and waterside were fun and helped tire the kids out. Steam room could use some heat but it was nice. Great service!

Clean and comfortable! Front desk staff are helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. Facilities are clean and in good working order and equally good shape. Breakfast is good, pool and tub are great just the same. No more steam room which disappoints maybe only just me, but this place is the hotel gem in Brooks!
