Traded a fully working 2015 vehicle for an acura that was sold certified. As Im driving the car dies multiple times and has to be restarted to go again. Brought the vehicle in to show zia the issue and was made out to be a liar. I expressed safety concerns for me and my child being in the car when it dies. He didnt take our safety seriously and said just keep driving it.The pictures of the ad never showed an aftermarket cold air intake (as seen circled in pictures) When i picked up the car from having the safety done i still had tpms lights on and had zero gas in the tank. When i took off all i could hear was the loud wooshing of the aftermarket cold air intake that i didnt agree to being put in. When i confronted them about the intake they once again said it never had the stock intake which i clearly have posted pictures of and circled. Zia wouldnt answer my emails or phone calls. When I showed up to his business he tried to kick us off his lot. The police were called to facilitate a deal. In the end he has my subaru i traded that works perfect and im left with a measly 8000 after selling the broken acura back to him and now have no reliable vehicle to drive my son in. I hope no one else falls into this trap. Please read the reviews and trust that the nightmares are true. This is not a fair salesman. It has been my worst experience buying a car to date.

Bought a E90 BMW 330i from Zia, could not be happier, the car was in phenomenal condition considering the age of the car. He honored my warranty when the water pump blew up and was able to get me back on the road within a few days. Honestly without a doubt my next used BMW is definitely coming from my friend ZiaThe photo i have included is my beloved Bmw at a local car meet. The car gets alot of compliments due to it being in such good shape for the age

Bought my first car from Zia. He was professional and straight forward. The car had AC issues and he fixed it even after couple of weeks after selling.

I found them thru car gurus. I live 2 hours away and they delivered it to me (the only positive point) I was told the vehicle I purchased was all good, no issues. Within 2 weeks, I fixed the AC, the catalytic converter, and replaced the battery. Other issues include no cruise control, no back up cam, no collision warning, phone charger ports don't work, heated seat doesn't work, the lock/unlock buttons don't work on the drivers door, and it smells weird, like cigarettes and grease. I contacted them for help with the repair bill, they asked me to get a quote from my mechanic. The next day I decided I'd rather just return it for a refund and, crickets. No more communication. Stay far away.

Do not purchase a car from here. Go anywhere else but here. Owner does not stand behind what he sells nor does he care. It’s unfortunate that my daughter spent all her money on a vehicle and has had nothing but problems with it.I advised him I would be going to OMVIC and he said go ahead he doesn’t care. Very disappointing.Edit… after being told the car was full of oil and no leaks, we just found out there was NO oil and THREE leaks.

The old person is very very very rude . He should have some sense about talking to people . I would recommend never to visit there in your entire life. We can have better options else where . I was very excited to see cars over there with good condition. It is a normal thing to ask for some price bargain as everyone does. However it's up to the seller to deal with it properly to give the best deal a customer can get. But Zia over there did not want hear what I wanted to say. The car had rusted bolts and battery I asked that would it be possible for him to change it. He said welcome to Canada... He refused to do any service or any change whatsoever. Man I had never ever met a person like Zia .. the most rude person ever. Please never ever visit him please guys .

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Paycan motors. I found the owner Zia to be a polite yet outspoken and direct man. He showed me a few cars of the make and model that i was interested in and he very fairly guided me to the right car. The car was ready on time for collection with plates and safetied. I have been driving the car for seven months now with no problems. So i highly recommend Paycan motors based on my experience.
