Absolutely wonderful place! Our whole family really enjoys this place. They have a fantastic selection of fashion frames and great sizes for kids. We all get compliments. They offer a fantastic experience. Our daughter is 12 and got her very first contacts and was shown how to put them in and take them out. She loves this place as do we all!

Kind, polite , helpful staff. Dr. West is knowledgeable and has a fun way to deal children. Good collection of glasses and good prices.

I went to more than 15 optometry dispensaries, not finding suitable new glasses. The optician here quickly directed me to the right displays, and then joined me in finding the right frames. She ordered in the colour I wanted to see (at no risk to me) and then a couple of weeks later when I returned to have a sunglass clip made to match, she still remembered me. I'm not even a patient at this clinic and I received top-notch customer service. I can only imagine how fantastic their regular clientele are received. Definitely a clinic worth patronizing.

Very unfriendly receptionist! Good service otherwise. Multiple experiences (in person and on phone) of spending considerable money at this location, and walk away wonder why the receptionist talks to people like that!!!

I would not recommend choosing Driftwood Family Eye Care as your trusted optometrist. The practice refused to release my on-file medical information to me as the result of changes in services and pricing. I previously had my PD measured as part of the process of purchasing glasses here. As PD Measurement is now offered as a payment-required stand-alone service, they refused to release past medical information to me that was once included in the purchase of glasses. The practice stated that I needed to once again pay to have this information released to me. As a loyal patient of over 20 years, I was very disappointed in the immorality of this experience. Whether it is now a payment-required service or not, it is illegal to deny a patient access to medical records that were rightfully paid for as part of a package at a past date. I unfortunately will not be returning.
