They have nice and modern furniture. The prices are fair compared with other stores that have similar items.They have an amazing customer service! I got my dinner chairs and they were very professional, nice, attentive, reliable, and had a great attitude.

Bought a bunch of furniture years ago and had a problem just recently. We are in Ottawa and they talked me through correcting the problem. Great bunch of guys and definitely recommended.

I have bought a sectional set from this shop, they have charged 100$ extra for shipment, however they were not able to do it sooner than a week, it was supposed to ship at 1 pm, 3 days before the arrangement I called them and asked to change it for 2 pm and they accepted, in a day of shipment they man who was responsible for shipment called at 12:30 and said it will be at my place at 1 pm and after I explained that it was rescheduled for 2 he started to shout and blamed me with an extremely rude behavior that why I did the reschedule and he couldn't do that and he will reject the sofa and ..., after 45 minutes of argument I asked for the manager and said I will sue them, so finally they called me back and accepted to send at 2pm, but with no apologies... I strongly recommend everyone stay away from this store even if they offer half a price of the others, it was my worst experience about after sales service in MTL.

I had help customizing my sectional sofa with my measurements, choosing different sections and fabric in no time at all. They told me that the delivery may take a while because its custom and was estimated a month wait - It was worth the wait! I love it.

I just bought a beautiful new couch from Ottimo & got it delivered today. It's huge and beautiful! Couldn't find a couch of quality and size anywhere else. Highly recommend. They have many different styles in store! Love it!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!2 years ago we bought a first couch from them. Once delivered we noticed a problem with the cushions which were incredibly flat. We called and they did not believed us, we had to argue for a long time and go in person for them to finally agree to a replacement.In April we bought another couch from them as we thought we’d give them a chance again. It took 7 months to be delivered and it was THE WRONG MODEL! Obviously we called to get it sorted out and again, their first reaction was to deny the mistake and blame it on us.We’ll never buy from them again. They have zero respect for their customers and no will to support after-sale. You can find everything they carry at other furniture shops with better pricing.

Unfortunately I wasn't lucky with ottimo product at all they have the worst service ever !!! We bought a couch from this place they delivery it broke we called them they send a repair man but we refuse to repair it so they replace it after one month. It was suppose to be high end furniture we were so surprised to see cracks in the leather all over the couch only few months after we bought it !!!!! When we contacted the shop they said that the manufacturer closed for a bankruptcy reason and there is nothing they can do for us so they refused to change it or to reimburse us admitting their is a default in the product blaming it on the manufacturer they used to work with !!!!! This their manufacturer their dealer the one they picked to work so their responsibility to check and recheck on the quality of the furniture, if not reimburse the clients when there is a default in the product after all we paid a big sum for the high quality they claim to have !!!this is a disrespectful staff with no integrity nor ethics !!!

Furniture build quality is poor, chairs legs started falling off a few months after purchase, one had glued parts that came apart within six months. Table leg became wobbly recently, the problem was temporarily fixed by tightening the screws but eventually the leg came off, along with the piece that held the screw, meaning it couldn’t be fixed anymore.

Bought a couch less than a year a half ago. Within the first year the frame of the sofa bed unwelded and one of the seat cushion started to sink/go soft. To get both replaced took a very long time (a month or more each time) and the customer service was far from excellent. The only positive I have to say, is that when they did come replace or fix the part, the man doing the repairs was extremely nice.I now have another two cushions that are sinking in (and yes I do rotate them and make sure I'm not always on the same one). In conclusion I would not recommend as their quality is sub par and customer service needs work.

I don't understand how when you ask someone information on furniture they can;t get back to you or call you back after three weeks and then when you call another employee gives you attitude on the phone. I fell in love with a couch in the store and I'm rethinking buying it from that specific branch because of the horrible customer service.
