Very disappointed in my experience with this company for weekly mowing. They completely forgot to come one week and I had to send multiple emails and phone calls to chase them down. Only when I said I wanted to cancel my contract did they finally return my email.This happened a second time this week where they missed their weekly mowing. I am definitely canceling with them now.Their communication is abysmal. No one ever picks up the phone. They ignore my emails.When I pay for a service, I expect people to show up and do what the contract states.

They installed our Christmas lights and upon taking them down, not only did they not complete the job, they broke 2 light strings. Despite follow up requests we have not received a response. It’s now July and we still have partial light strands on our house and a broken strand was stuffed into the gutter per the photo below.

This company is a total racket. They present themselves at first as very professional with their shiny brochure, however it all goes downhill after that. We booked them in the fall to be proactive for the spring time work. The scheduling was a complete disaster with promising a walk through and call from a so called project manager". This in fact was actually sub contracted out to Jason at Four Season Properties. If you have the misfortune of having him assigned to your job you can expect someone who is rude

I had Assiniboine come out to do a yard spring clean up this year. They did a ok job but missed a few things. I called the office and they sent out Alexander Mcnai to fix the shortcomings. Alex spent 1.5 hrs making it right by blowing, cutting and trimming. It is now perfect. Great job Alexander. I would recommend you and your company anytime.Jim Little

We had our backyard garden, lawn and fence completely redone by Assiniboine and are very happy with the end product! Kris and his crew were excellent. Had our Christmas lights hung and they look phenomenal. Dean our installer was excellent and explained what he was doing and what was done and how. It looks perfect. Fast bookings too

I hired Assiniboine to build a garden with chain link fence in our back yard. The work was done with only a minimal delay and the results look great. Highly recommend.

Needed to do the landscaping for our new home and Assiniboine was recommended a few times by residents of our community. Got a fairly priced quote from them so we moved forward. The entire job (front and back) was done in a few days and everything looked great at the end. Colin was quick to answer any questions I had throughout and after the process. Would highly recommend them.
