Ravines of Royal Oak

From the first time we walked into the show suite we have been impressed with the quality of build, but now that we have completed the purchase and moved in, we have been equally impressed with the customer service from all of the staff at Janssen Homes. They have made the process from start to finish a pleasant and easy experience. We would highly recommend this builder to anyone.

I have seen my unit at various stages of construction. I feel that the construction of the unit and the finishing is of a very high quality. The sales centre staff has been very helpful with any of my additional requests.

I have watched these townhomes being built from the ground up. Since I used to be a residential framer, I must say that the quality of the structure is well done. I do have a few issues from a design and environmental perspective. The various roof tops have slopes that face different directions. Most storms go west to east. In order to lessen the impact of the wind damage on the roof the slope and pitch so go with the direction of the storms, not have them hit a blunt wall and then slope down the opposite side. Second problem is the size of the garages. They are extremely small, as are the driveways. There is no green space between the townhouses for cars to park on the roadThese are things that I think were overlooked, but overall money well spent!

We recently purchased a townhouse in Janssen’s Ravines of Royal Oak development in NW Calgary. The development footprint, architectural design, floor plan and quality of construction is exceptional in all aspects and we are very pleased with our purchase. Working with the sales staff and construction site manager was very rewarding as they were extremely helpful and provided us with detailed information on the condo development and all construction, mechanical and maintenance aspects. In summary we highly recommend this builder and its staff to anyone looking into purchasing a home in this community.

We are pleased with our decision to purchase a townhome at Ravines and be able to stay in our choice neighbourhood of Royal Oak -- where we can still be in nature and have all the amenities close by. Our quality built unit is spacious and bright, with a colour palette we love and products/appliances of top quality. Many times what are upgrades in other developments are standard features here. The sales manager, Doris Bryan, has been so helpful along the way, and we have had very good service from the Ravines/Janssen Homes team. They work hard to get it right.
