St. Louis Bar & Grill
I attended St. Louis Bar and Grill after a fun hot day at the beach and it didn't meet my expectations to the slightest. The waitress didn't come around for drink orders for 45 minutes and it took an hour to get the menu. When our food finally came the chicken tenders were chewy and tasted stale and the fries were unseasoned, moist, and cold. At this point we had finished our drinks and wanted a refill, however, the waitress didn't come around for the whole meal so we were parched the majority of the stay. By the time we finished are disgusting meal we waited close to a half hour for the bill, I was fed up so i went and got the bill myself. Unfortuately, the machine to take debit and credit was of course out of order and they only took cash. No one had cash on them so we had to find a way to E transfer them the money. That took about 20 minutes sadly. Clearly I don't recommend dining here due to what I just stated above and if you ever find yourself here leave while you can because your in for a long stay. I fully recommend going across the street to A&W and crushing a daddy burger that will be made in 2-5 minutes at the maximum. I'm not the type to eat fast food, however, it is 100x better service, and somehow better food. DONT GO HERE.

The food is average: their speciality wings were okay, nothing special. The fried cauliflower was disappointing. The fries were surprisingly good, and the cider sangria was nice as well. There were only 2 waitresses, and they forgot I existed for 20 minutes before one of them took my order. Waited a long time for food (odd considering the place was rather empty), and even getting the bill took over 10 minutes. At the end it's an okay place but expect to spend a long time in here.

Went on Friday night and they were short staff. We waited an hour and a half for food we never got because we left! We ordered all you can eat wings, quesadillas and some other things. It took 30 minutes for appetizers alone! Very upset by this! Went for my parents anniversary. Left extremely upset! Other large group who came in after us got their food before us! They were almost half done before we even were told our meals were started" being cooked!! Very disappointed!! Server apologized immensely

This place is horrible. We came to here from a day at the beach and the machine was not working. The workers passed us at least 15 times and didn’t refill our drinks. The chicken fingers came rubbery, and the fries were extremely cold. Not to mention took 3 hours just to get a simple order of chicken fingers. If your reading this in the Resteraunt, consider leaving because your food won’t come in the next 2 hours. Never come here.

The worst service we’ve ever had. The waiter or “manager” KAITLYNN kept just catering to the guys at the bar. She had an unpleasant and unfriendly look on her face the whole time we were there a personality that match. Didn’t remember our order, never asked if our food was good, and when we had to go to the bar to ask if we could pay because we had to go she still didn’t come for another 10 minutes and kept delivering more beer to guys in between each person paying. As well, we heard the kitchen bell ring 5 times before she left the guys at the bar to go deliver us our food. We had to literally flag her down again to tell her we literally have to go. We then told her it was the worst service ever and that food was wrong. She then said well I’m trying to please everyone, she’s the only one there and there’s nothing she can do. Pretty sure 10% of our food should have been offered especially if food was wrong. There was also another blonde waiter too so we as well felt lied too.

Regular sports bar, though somehow staff struggled to serve. Waited about 30 minutes for our food order to be taken, portion sizes were very small for the price (paid 4$ for half a chicken breast on my salad), and somehow very understaffed.These issues aren't with the staff per se, just whichever manager schedules people and whoever sets the prices. Great place if you're a sports fan.

The experience at this location is what we have all come to expect from St. Louis; decent drinks, nice patio, lovely wait staff, and great food. Good job guys.However, I am a bit befuddled by something.This location (Wasaga Beach) is owned by the same group that owns the Collingwood location. The Collingwood location USED to be our go to spot. Unfortunately their quality of food has drastically fallen. The last time we were there I had to send my wings back 4 times, and left after the 4th serving came and was not cooked (still raw in the middle). Hopefully they can get their act together in Collingwood because they are losing customers. I think better training and experienced cooks might be an idea to look at.Wasaga Beach St. Louis keep doing what your doing, you're awesome.

Been there twice, brand new place and business is booming. Expect some delays when busy. Menu has a good assortment at very reasonable prices. Pleasant staff and the owner comes around a few times to say he is, sometimes twice because he forgets lol! Walk out patio, plenty of tables. Thanks for opening in the west side! We'll be back again for sure!

I’ve been working in a restaurant long enough to understand how difficult being short staffed can be. But here’s the thing— it wasn’t busy. There were three servers and about seven tables, and there was a good flow between customers. It was not as if there was a big rush, or as if there was a lot going on.It took about 5-10 minutes for us to receive a drink order, and that’s okay!! However, I heard our server and the bartender talk about us at the bar. It was more of a commentary as to how we presented ourselves which was strange, but I guess idle gossip is important when you‘ve decided checking in on your tables isn’t a good use of your time. Drinks were alright— no complaints there. But the food took 30 minutes to come out. The sandwich was okay, but the wings lacked flavour and seemed as if they were cooked twice. The meat was dry, and they barely looked like wings. That wasn’t the servers fault, though, but sometimes you should know when not to bring a plate out. The server took the wings off the bill, which was kind of them, and they did apologize even though it wasn’t her fault. I do wish she’d done a quality check, because we were more than ready to leave before we were checked on. There was a lack of care here, and I do wish more time was put into the quality of service and food.

I would never ever wish upon my worst enemy to go here. We came to this resteraunt hungry, thirsty, and ready to have a morally correct ethical meal after a considerable period of time at beach 6. We decided to commit to an end of our beach fun and cease at st. louis bar and grill to get some drinks and food. We never got offered menus for the first 32 minutes that we sat there. We were all fed up and starving and needed to digest food into our system. After we finally got the menus and were in a fit state to dine for some food. It took about another half an hour for the waiter to offer us to eat. After we finally got our food which we waited about an hour for, our drinks were done and she didn’t offer a refill. She was checking her phone but not refilling our drinks. we had already almost sauntered over to a&w to get a daddy burger. When our food came, in the time of matter we all could have went back to the beach for another 3 hours, and slowly saunter back to there and the food still wouldn’t have been there. We were all so hungry we could have eat any one thing. The food was cold, and disgusting. I would despise to my worst opp to never come here in the matter of my lifetime. Never going back to here ever again.
