they installed my iphone 13 pro max screen well and very quickly. but have trouble installing a screen protector. went two times to get fixed but still bubbles. overall good customer service

Took my daughter's International model Samsung Tablet in for a new charging port. Friendly and knowledgeable staff at drop off and pick up ! Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will return for other cellphone or tablet needs ! KUDOS.

Good experience, good price. Was very happy they could fix my phone as they don't sell them anymore in Canada. It did take a bit longer than expected but I don't believe it had anything to do with Mobile Tech Lab. As soon as they had the screen in, it was fixed within 24 hours. They even put on an amazing screen protector for me.

I went to thier shop to check my phone cause is not charging it found out the charging dock is full of dirt, they clean for free and the staff very accomodating specially mike the technician.

Just had my Samsung diagnosed and repaired while I waited. Fast and friendly service, fair rates, will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade. Excellent experience!

Went to go get my phone fixed and was told he will diagnose it and see if he can fix the problem. Came back couple hours later and guy supposedly found what the problem was and fixed it" but didn't even check if the problem was fix. Which wasn't fix and made no improvement to when I dropped it off.I even had to checked if the problem was fix with him when it should've been checked prior to me coming back. He then expected me to be okay with it being somewhat a bit working when I wanted it fully fixed from the start
